Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had at any establishment!!! We went thru the drive thru and the girl on the speaker had my husband repeat his order a couple of times. She didn't read back what he had or even give him the total, we sat the for a couple of minutes and drove up to the window. At the window the girl flings open the window and yell a total at my husband, he then trust to explain that she didn't have his order correct so without a word she slammed the window shut and let us sit at the window while she loudly talked with the other employees. During which I hear one of the employees a female loudly exclaim m(man I need to smoke a blunt) the the window was flung open again and she asked my husband what he had ordered again. First Long John's in Lansing for me since 2008 at the now closed S. Cedar location, and I was not impressed, nor did I enjoy the fish. the lack of any napkins, tarter sauce, ketchup for the fries, the BBQ sauce requested for my friends Chicken tenders, to include the extra one we were charged for also, but had asked for an extra, in all fairness, but just didn't get it, either, was enough to earn the low rating on it's own, the fish sealed it though. enjoyed the hush puppies though, even after the shock of finding out they no longer come with the meal, but ordered as a side separately and incurring...

This location was false advertising free soda with 12 peice meal I brought it up to staff and manager at window was waiting for me at pick up window.He was very rude and got mad and disrespectfull that i asked that sign should be removed.I cancelled order do to many reports of food being spit in if you complain.As i took picture of sign to post the lady ordering at speaker was being disrespected by another female employee taking her order.This location has the rudest staff and the manager guy seems to pramote this kind of service.I will now go to Cedar location even though its farther away because of way...
