Read moreI placed a curbside order for two medium pizzas and a side salad, and waited until the order tracker confirmed my order was complete. With two hungry toddlers, I parked in the reserved curbside pick up space, put on my hazard lights and texted the automated service 'here' and got an automated confirmation. I waited 10 minutes before trying to text a second time. Ten minutes later, (20minutes after arrival, 25 minutes since my food came out of the oven) I caught a delivery driver on his way back in the store and asked him to confirm they know I was waiting. When he comes out he tells me they'll be right out. Another 10 minutes passes and I call the store, since my kids and I are all unprepared to go into the store and the employee tells me my food will be right out. By now, I realize my food will be cold before I ever see it, and I could obviously be stuck waiting for an eternity. When i tell the employees I want my order canceled, he. Already knew my name and was standing directly next to my order. Needless to say, that was my last bad experience at a Domino's. I drove a few block away and happily paid twice the price for a pizza I was actually able to purchase. I'll be watching my bank statement...

I Ordered around 10pmish / writing this a 11:12EST -- Order from Lantana Dominos often today, I notice on the tracker bar that It stated my pizza was delivered however it wasn't. I then called then; A female answered the phone and put me on hold but never got back to me. I'm writing this as I'm still awaiting someone to pick up the phone. I am a regular customer but I will not be buying from here ever again.
Update A lady picked up the phone a few mins from this update 12:05am and said that it was a glitch and my pizza just went out for delivery. I live in boynton and this dominos is in lantana. No pizza yet however upon reading other reviews. It will most likely result in a cold pizza/manager saying she/he doesn't care. Perhaps something in my pizza a little extra or no pizza at all. The Dominos is also closed now as a write this so the chances are she was stalling a whole one hour & thirty mins+
Also The pizza tracker also is false is it automated based on average speed of that dominos so...
