I use to love coming here because I noticed how this Dunkin is well ran by the owner and he has pretty good coffee Vs. All the other Dunkin’s in the area but now when I get an order it’s just a cup of milk. When I bring it to the afternoon staff attention (I go around 3:30/4pm), she is just unkind to me about the order being wrong says that is just how it is. Told me to order extra espresso the next time so Ive been doing what she said and ordering more espresso and it still looks the same as if they forgot the extra espresso, as if they forgot any espresso. So I said something again after I did what she told me to do and she said the same thing that’s what a large ice latte is, it just has two shots and I put it in the machine and that’s what comes out but why during the AM hours my coffee is always perfect?? I just never have any issues only when she does my order. The drink is literally white not even tan. Espresso should be a nice tan. When going during AM and the manager is there I have never had a problem really if my order was wrong which might have happened 1 time esp in the last two years I’ve been going to this Dunkin. Really nice guy the owner and has fixed it for me.
I don’t understand what the issue is when I show them that the drink is visibly wrong (a latte without any espresso aka milk) and she continues to gaslight me. I don’t know why any of the other employees don’t look at the drink and the girl telling me it’s right and say actually that looks awful. The last 3 orders I made she has punished me by purposely giving me the wrong drink each time (has given me ice teas, and ice coffee) so I am forced to have to say something when that’s the last thing I want to do and then she says my bad and makes the drink I ordered but then she gives it to me and that’s also wrong. I can’t say something twice it’s just out of control. I just want to get a decent latte and mind my business. I mean it was only 2 or 3, but still!,I just CAN NOT believe that A-N-Y-O-N-E could POSSIBLY have even ("1") bad thing to say about the,ONE and ONLY,WITH OUT A DOUBT,...THE VERY,VERY, 💘BEST💘 Dunkin Donuts there is in Palm Beach County! And trust me!,I've been to(except out west,belle glade/Pohokee area) all of them,if not all,pretty damn close! Wish I could HI-FIVE all of you who work there at the same time, cuz Y'all is asome! I recently visited your Dunkin’ Donuts location next to Burger King with my sister to order a small iced matcha cold foam latte. One of your employees, whom I do not know by name, handed me a larger-sized drink instead of the small size I originally ordered and paid for. When I politely asked for the correct size, she gave me a long pause before switching languages and complaining about my request.
I find this response unprofessional and disappointing. Customers should receive what they order and pay for, and they should not be made to feel uncomfortable for simply asking for accuracy. Pricing differs between sizes, and I doubt anyone would appreciate receiving the wrong order.
I expect better customer service from this establishment. Employees should maintain a respectful and positive attitude toward customers, as I believe is outlined in company policy. If this is lacking, I strongly urge you to address it and ensure that your staff demonstrates better professionalism and behavior.
