Kookys N Cream — Restaurant in Lapeer

I saw these unbelievable looking kookys on TikTok and immediately new I must have them! I went online and had a hard time narrowing down the choices...so many delicious options! I ordered the 100 (Salted) Chocolate Chip Kooky (2 pack), the Birthday Cake Kooky Sandwich, and the Chocolate Infinity Kooky (2 Pack), and then almost cried when I saw that the expected delivery could take up to three weeks! As soon as I received my email confirmation, I responded letting them know how I found out about them. They responded with a kind, non-bot email and I settled in to wait. But 10 days later, I was in kooky heaven! My kooky's got damaged in the mail (despite being packed very well), but fortunately that did not affect the taste one bit! The Birthday Cake Kooky was uber sweet, with two kookies stuffed with buttercup icing between. The Chocolate Infinity was just what it sounds like, although I'm not a fan of white chocolate so much. But as a kooky purist, my absolute favorite was the "regular" old Chocolate Chip Kooky...simple, sweet, chocolaty, and delectable. The customer service is excellent and very responsive and accommodating. I normally would balk at spending $30+ on kookies but these kookies and this company are well worth the expense!! Highly,...

Went there and bought a few items. First thing I noticed was the very underwhelming store inside. Just blah. With a cute name like kookys n cream I thought I'd be walking into a fun colorful place, instead it was almost hospital like with the bright white (almost) everything. We got a peanut butter whoope pie cookie, a loaded chocolate one, a peanut, and a chocolate chip. The peanut butter.cookie was oily and very undercooked and bland, the chocolate chip was better but still oily, the loaded cookie was dry despite all of the chocolate drizzled on top. On the upside the whoopee cookie was pretty good, heavy and a little goes a long way, but definitely tastey and shareable. We were hoping for more variety. But we're disappointed, and one cookie was $4 or more. Paid for 2 items and it ended up costing over $12. The pb cookie and chocolate chip cookies were free with our dinner. Staff was nice and friednly. Unfortunately we were underwhelmed and won't be back. However stop in and form your own opinion. Everyone's tastes are different. You might love it. I don't know what all these reviewers are reviewing here, but it can't be the same as I purchased!! I ordered 2 of the birthday cake sandwiches and 2 of the German chocolate sandwiches. They were all disgusting!! Soft? Yes!! They were soft and soggy!! All of the filling had been absorbed into the cookie by tge time I received. The cookies were stuck together and could not even tell there was anything between them. They just tasted like soggy uncooked cookie. From the time they said they were shipped and on the way to the time i received them 7 days had passed!! The shipping charge was for priority and it should have gotten to me within 2 days!! The cookies were so gummy, we could not even eat them. I really wish i had only ordered one to try instead of relying on all of the perfect reviews!!! Maybe they are made better when a person is there in person. I just don't know how all the reviews can be so different from what...
