Great staff, great food. Did not have to wait long to be seated. Ambient music, very good mix! Table & seats clean, above expectation. Margarita chicken; Excellent presentation very aestheticly appealing and appetizing! Chicken breasts were cooked thoroughly, moist & juicy! Seasoning didn't cloy the chicken breasts flavor no need to add additional salt, pepper or any other condiments. Thin sliced tortilla chips doubled as ingredient & garnish. Not too hard nor soggy, flavor added nice touch. Black beans cooked perfectly, great flavor and texture, not to Al dente or mushy. Serving temperature spot on! 140°F+ Staff very friendly, enthusiastic, knew how to carry on conversation and polightly excuse themselves to resume attention to patrons, very professional! Patron margarita; Complemented main dish very well, tequila & mixer proportions spot on. What a margarita should be! Salt to rim of glass spot on! Bar tender/mixologist knows the trade very well! Men's restroom clean and gives impression is tended too regularly! Better than most. Packed house of 'diverse' patrons. Objective observation; All patrons attended too more than adequately. Patrons enthusiastically conversing with table mates, relaxed, appear to be content and satisfied. Meal Portion appear to be exactly what calorie count is listed. Absolutely awful experience. Our waiter (we saw on the receipt that his name was Isaiah.) got visibly upset, aggressive and gave us major attitude just because we tried to order off the kids menu (we wanted to order the mac n cheese because thats the only meal thats on the kids menu but not the ‘adult’ menu.)— something we’ve done multiple times before without an issue. He insisted we had to be “under 12,” then changed said “under 13,” and then added we had to be actual kids. Make it make sense…we aren’t even over 18.

We mentioned we’d just DoorDash it instead (since you can order kids meals online with no problem), and he completely crashed out on us, acting like we were being disrespectful. All we wanted was our food — not a debate or a meltdown from the staff.

Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Zero consistency with their own policy, and the attitude was completely uncalled for. 0/10 — never coming back. Do better, Chili’s.

Also the fries are horrible, wrinkly, cold, and not even made well. they taste gross and made me repulse.. I also ordered the spicy (keep in mind —SPICY.) chicken tenders..and they weren’t even spicy and barely had any...

So my husband and I came in, for a quick dinner. We were seated really fast. Nice.. than our waitress i belive her name was Veronica or Victoria. Comes over, was like u want chips huh? I dont know yet? She said fine give me a min. Walks off, comes back gets our drinks. We order i ask for no onions on my burger. There's onions, I have to ask her while shes walking by to get up refills. Shes walked by us like 10*. Didn't even pay attention to us. Probably because the other 2 tables she had were 4/6 tops. Here me and my husband are just ordering burgers and soda.she gets irritated that we asked for refills. So I noticed another gentleman, smiling the whole time. Waitress and bussing tables. I call him over, ask if we could get a new waiter. He replied with a big smile, already busy himself. I'll help you, guys. Boy, did he!!! Im irritated I forgot his name. But he made the rest of our meal enjoyable. Apologized for her. We ended up tipping him very well. I know how it is, I've been a waitress. Even when your stressed you show a personal level of professionalism. Next time we go back, I will be requesting...
