I am genuinely so disappointed and disgusted at how the new manager treats my partner. After reading the reviews, I realized that I am not the only one who sees how absolutely disgusting she is to not only my partner, but everyone else involved. If you have the time to read this, please do so you can see how awful the manager is.

My girlfriend has been very hard-working. When she first got hired she was extremely passionate. She would always mention how excited she was to go in because she genuinely enjoyed her job and the previous manager was wonderful. I am genuinely so disappointed and disgusted at how the new manager treats my partner. After reading the reviews, I realized that I am not the only one who sees how absolutely disgusting she is to not only my partner, but everyone else involved. If you have the time to read this, please do so you can see how awful the manager is.. Of course, there were some issues, but issues that are normal and understandable. She has been working there for a couple of months now. When her new manager left, this lady waltzed in and decided to target her. I am unsure about anyone else but I am only speaking for her. My girl has always been efficient and respectful. The manager would hardly reply whenever my girlfriend offered help or had questions. She is undeniably RUDE. After my girl had asked a question she had cursed under her breath, right in front of her. It’s understandable to have some bad days, but to CONSISTENTLY be a pain to the atmosphere?! Absolutely not. My girlfriend had forgot a piece of her uniform, ONCE, out of her entire time of working in that place, and the manager finally decided to make it clear that she resented her. She brought her to the back with TWO leads, and confronted her about how she doesn’t do anything, which is a LIE. Many customers can advocate for her. She continuously told her how she doesn’t know what she’s doing and that if she doesn’t like it she can leave. That sounds like terrible management to me. My girlfriend has been nothing but kind, being good enough to RESPECT that woman. The manager is so slow at work, the only reason that business is thriving is because of the crew that make it possible. I am so disappointed at this poor excuse of a manager. She was brought to tears in front of her and she kept going. Once she told me this I had enough. I am disgusted. Once the manager told her that she can’t do anything right, that she doesn’t do absolutely anything but stand around, that she isn’t even needed; She had told her that either way she was putting her two weeks in, and you know what she says? “You don’t even have to come in, we don’t need you.” What a disgrace. My girlfriend is genuinely the sweetest and out going person. It seems as if she had a personal problem with her, and that’s disappointing. I have so much more to say and so many more experiences I can bring up, but I’m sure you all get the idea of this woman. If you are the current manager as of April and you are seeing this:

I hope you realize by all these reviews how disgusting your behavior is. I understand you are always angry but instead of making others lives miserable as yours, respect others. Just because you have “power” over these wonderful workers does not mean you need to treat everyone in a bad manner. You have done by my girlfriend wrong and I’m sure you can pin point who because I KNOW that you know exactly who I am talking about due to your one sided hatred for her. I won’t judge how you are outside of your job, because maybe you are a kind-hearted person; but at Dunkin Donuts? You are awful.

Operation hours are inconsistent. I guess you have to be lucky at this location to find it open or even get decent customer service. Today I went and got there before the posted closing time. No one answered the speaker. I drove over to the window only to spot a very rude female person already counting the cash register money. She looks at me, turns over to another employee and makes a hand gesture as if saying she doesn't care that I am there. The other employee waves saying they are closed. Despite closing early, they don't have the courtesy or manners to at least answer the speaker or go to the window to say they closed early. I called just to let them know what they did was wrong and the same female employee whom refused to give me her name, just passed me on to someone else that allegedly claimed to be the manager. Some person by the name of Juan tried to justify their actions by saying the system automatically shuts down before the 11th hour. This is just a bunch of bull. I am never going back there again. The drinks are good, the donuts are great. I love the crew members here, absolutely great! They are so sweet and you can tell they do their jobs. They're so patient and they offer great recommendations. However, I could say so much about the awful manager right now. Management was great up until recently. You can hear the new manager screaming all the time. Not only does it ruin the atmosphere, you can absolutely feel the tension between the team members there. It hurts to see because they're working diligently, and the manager does absolutely nothing but stand there and yell. I can only imagine how much it hurts them to hear that they're getting yelled at for even doing their jobs. The employees have been nothing but respectful, and seeing the manager be nothing but disrespectful, rude, and overall an awful person in morals and in work ethics, is beyond me.
