Huddle House — Restaurant in Laredo

Me and my wife ordered the smash burgers. The hostess brought us our meal but was missing several items. She that the entire staff was a little slow in busing tables, bringing condiments, etc, I stood up and grabbed a catsup bottle from an adjacent table. The hostess Ariel snapped at me and said, "Next time if you need something, ask me. Don't let that happen again, ok?" I simply explained to her that I was the customer and the customer is always right. I simply told her that the service was a little slow. She rudely turned her back on me and left me speaking. This is a flagrant lack of respect towards customers and an indication that she lack the basic social skills need when interacting with customers. Ariel needs to be properly retrained or let go. Fortunately this is our second time back and extremely enjoy your burgers. This incident will not hold us back from coming to your restaurant. Rest assured that I sent an email to the Huddle House corporate office so they can correct this problem. The food is great but some their wait staff are inexperienced young adults who lack the maturity and social skills needed to interact with customers. Something they were never taught at home. First time coming to this location and will be my last time, there was no need to sit at this restaurant for 2 hours and leave without a complete meal in your belly management requires more training waitresses require to be a little bit more observant. Received my order first and my family and had to sit there and wait till their order came out by the time my food was cold and did not eat my meal My wife was feeling sick because of her medical condition and my kids were getting impatient at the end yes they did give me a discount but this shouldn't have happened they need to be more observant of their customers sitting at their restaurant and hold back on their online orders. Arrived at 11:20am and left around 1:15 p.m. Corporate needs to look into this location and being the only one in Laredo it requires attention or this restaurant will not last long. I can't rate the food. I came here to get a late breakfast at 11:25AM ahead of the lunch crowd. I was seated immediately and my server was nice, attentive and courteous. Unfortunately, her kitchen staff did not help matters. I ordered the two egg breakfast plate with hash browns, toast and bacon with a cup of coffee. I had to leave after 30 minutes waiting and still no food in sight. How can you have over 5 people in the kitchen and still can't get food out in a timely manner? Throw in the one manager or lead in a rd shirt standing at the food window just calling out, "I need a runner" over and over as the poor kids as servers are dealing with irate customers waiting for their food orders. This person can't even take upon herself to deliver the plates to the table herself. Talk about a a leader who doesn't lead by example. Geez, I'm afraid this place will shutdown before it even gets going. People will not return and the word will get out about the horrible service starting with management who have no concern about fast service during peak times.
