I had a horrible blood pressure rising experience at this location today I came in with my wife to clean our wedding rings and to buy a new anniversary ring and as well a gift for my mother when we ask for cleaning of our rings we where told by one associate who was siting down to have another associate do it in turn the second associate delayed the activity of cleaning our rings and walk to the back of the store while my wife and I waited up front for the service keep in mind that the store was completely empty we waited for a few minutes and realized that we were not getting the service we had requested and decided to leave because we were total ignored I felt some what discriminated against for lack of proper service I have shopped at zales and have purchase several expensive items throughout the years and this is very disapointing experience we left without buying anything or getting our rings cleaned this occurred at the...
