Make sure you check your order before leaving. Restaurant was closed only Drive thru was open and both lines were extremely long. Waited over 30 minutes to get our order. Order consisted of 7 items all deserts. Since we are on vacation wanted something small for each. We were given 2 apple pies instead of 4, I checked the bag since it felt light. Employee didn't mentioned anything gave us the rest of our order and window closed. I mentioned how we ordered 4 pies and he then returned to say they didn't have apple if we wanted another flavor or refund. I said refund. I explained to him that he needed to inform the customer when something was missing from order he said he didn't know and didn't care how long we had to wait for our order. This was the worst service and employee interaction ever. If I hadn't checked the bags we would have had to come back to argue the fact our order was incorrect. We will definitely not be coming to this McDonald's any more. There are plenty of other restaurants around which we will be going to. So I suggest to everyone check your bags or go somewhere...
Read moreTo put it bluntly this location sucks! I’ve place online orders for pick up and each time I arrive it’s a 10-20 minute wait. The (dark haired afternoon) manager has bad customer service skills (if any). She will see you at the pickup desk and completely ignore you even after seeing that you’ve been there for a while. When she hands you your food doesn’t even apologize for the long wait much less wish you a good day and without fail forgets to hand you your cup. The last time I was here there were 2 upset customers at the pick up desk and both of them complained to her. Neither of the two customers received an apology for the delay or for the mistake on their order instead she met them with an attitude even though they were upset as a result of her poor management. No one should be forced to be overly kind but at the very least customers should receive basic courtesy especially from a manager. Line was long as usual , service extremely poor not to mention that three meals were wrong when getting to the window so had to wait even longer and then only to arrive home and realize that the meat on all the burgers had not been fully cooked. When arriving back at McDonald’s to explain not only did the manager look like she was on cloud 9 , she took y food said “omg but we just put the patties and they cook I don’t know what happened.! Did not give me another replacement order nor a refund , just gave me the name of the manager I would have to come speak to the following day. Unbelievable . Like come on McDonald’s! You all never cared about the customer just filing your pockets with money. It speaks volume with the entire crew working the night shift , they could care less.
