Walking into Taco Bell, I was immediately greeted by the mouth-watering aroma of fresh, flavorful ingredients. The restaurant was bright, clean, and inviting, with a friendly staff eager to help me satisfy my cravings.

I decided to order a classic Crunchy Taco and a Grilled Stuft Burrito, along with an icy cold Baja Blast. Extremely Disappointed in My Experience!!! The Food was Great But The Quality of Service was horrible and the Cleanliness was disgusting. NEVER WAS I GREETED. I had to literally go and ask the cashier to come clean my table because not 1 table in the lobby was clean. Noone working here even attempts to smile. I'm finishing eating right now and all the tables are still dirty with no sign of anyone coming to clean them for the customers. I'm unsure how any of the other customers havent said anything. They have more than 4 people on staff. Noone in drive thru. The drinks in the drink fountain have more than 4 out of products Leaving limited options. Thank you to Jorge they messed up my order and I was very upset I was hangry and I had ordered crunchy tacos with double meat so I knew they would get soggy so I asked just to replace my order and he refused so I was upset than he said I could get a refund so he gave me a refund instead of just replacing my food I was very upset but I felt bad because I understand he’s working right now during a pandemic and he didn’t know how to handle the situation but he stayed calmed and endured my anger so I give him props for that.
