I feel bad for Cheyenne as the manager. She is sweet and soft spoken which is a distinct contrast to Haley and Emily who have attitudes and yell at customers when they mess an order up. I was there with my kids and when my drink was wrong I politely mentioned what was wrong and Emily started tell me about how she does not want to remake it, I could hear this all the way in the drive through. As she hands me the remake I kindly asked if it was oatmilk not regular, which is what I ordered, and she slammed the drink down with a loud "Jesus Christ!" I responded loudly because she was walking away to not remake it and to just refund it. Haley then proceeds to give major attitude about giving me a refund and when I requested to speak with the manager she snapped "What for?! You don't need her, I'm giving a refund!" I responded to let her know about the conduct of employees and Haley replied "She is too busy for you. So here is the refund." I stated I had time and would wait in the lobby. She told me not to and I did any how. My interactions with Cheyenne were pleasant. She was apologetic and kind, very soft spoken. What is a shame is the people under her has zero respect for her and obviously hates their choice for employment. I tried calling corporate for this but there is no way to reach them. I hope the GM sees this and backs up Cheyenne and handles the other to rude employees. I can deal with unhappy employees, but the amount of attitude and disrespect given by them for making a mistake on my order was not...
Read moreI usually don’t like posting negative reviews, even when I receive bad service, but after my last experience at this location, I will never visit again.
It started with a woman taking my order at the drive-thru in a condescending tone. She asked if I wanted cream, and I said I wanted half and half. In a rude manner, she responded, “Half and half is cream. So that’s a yes.” Then, without letting me say anything else, she completed my order. I clarified that I wanted very light cream because I saw that she had added 3x cream.
When I went to pick up my coffee, it wasn’t light cream. My girlfriend asked the employee at the window for the name of the woman who took my order, but he refused to provide it. I asked if they could redo my coffee, and the same woman came back with two iced coffees, saying in a rude tone, “This one is 3x cream, and this one is 2x. Which one do you want?” I wanted light cream, so I said “one.” She then made it and handed it to me.
My girlfriend asked again for her name, but she was wearing a sweater and her name tag was on her hat so we couldn’t read it. She refused to give us her name and then slammed the window shut.
I will never return, especially after seeing all the negative reviews lately. Having worked in the service industry, I was always taught to kill people with kindness. I was not rude to her at any point, yet she was condescending and rude throughout the entire...
Read moreGiving one star since I can't give 0. It takes a lot to make me not go back to a place, but they did it in 1 visit.
Every aspect of my order was incorrect.
My tea had no flavoring and tasted stale as though it has sat there for days.
My chicken bacon croissant was rubbery and thrown together as though someone with an overconfidence on how to shuffle a deck of cards without the actual knowhow tried to make it.
Along with that, they don't update their menu for online ordering - not from any delivery service but their own app - so one of the items was just unavailable completely. When asked how to get a refund for the item they told me to take it up with the app, which does not offer a solution. Finally they gave me a cash refund but it didn't seem to be the right amount.
I was offered a refund for my whole order about a week after I went in, but I'd have to go in to receive the refund. I have yet to go back as I see no reason to waste my time on such an incompetence of a store.
Go to the one further down west bay, or the one near Ulmerton, but leave this one be. I'm sure the only thing keeping this place open is high schoolers before school starts.
If you payed you're employees a living wage, maybe they would do proper work and not do the bare minimum to...
