Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Largo

This is one of my FAVORITE places to have a sweet treat for me and my Children. I always rave about this place to my clients and friends. The owner of this location and the older woman who is typically here are both SO NICE and because of them and the yummy treats we keep coming. However this time when we came I noticed the younger team members were working and normally I don’t mind but with the last few times we have came it has not been a good experience. They tend to rush you out and not pay attention also I can’t stand the way that they make the treats It might seem trivial but it means alot when they layer them how they are suppose to and add the crumbles how they are supposed too. I only ever order just the ice and never the cream but the last few times I’ve been given cream. I don’t ever say anything because I don’t like being a bother but after the 3rd time it’s like ok … what’s going on ? As a Loyal and consistent customer I feel pretty sad about this last experience. We tend to always order the same thing that is why the receipt and photos are shown. YESSSS FINALLY! Jeremiahs Italian Ice is very delicious! I like both the Italian ice but gravitate more towards the Gelati because you get to enjoy both the goodness of the Italian ice and smooth silky ice cream they offer! Everyone was very welcoming and willing to allow me to taste the flavors. While I waited for my order I observed the other workers and they were very helpful to the new customers that have not tasted The goodness Jeremiahs has to offer and were very patient (which is difficult to find these days). Will definitely be a returning customer!

I have always gone to the original location in Winter Park since about 2009 and after moving away I was very sad to not have my dose of The delicious Gelati for so many years. I been here a couple times before but tonight was the worst. I came with someone to grab some ice and noticed one staff member pretty busy, so I let them work what needed to be done and waited. When another group of customers came, the employee acknowledged them by saying welcome to Jeremiah’s and then two young teens went in front asking for samples. That made me shocked because the employee didn’t even acknowledge that I was waiting for them to finish. The adult of the teens noticed and told them to wait their turn once they got their samples.
