La Pasadita Authentic Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Largo

Ordered for pick up at 830pm, was told it would be ready by 855. Me and my son got there about 850 and she asked our name for the order and we sat down to wait. About 15 min later she comes up to me and asks my name and order number which I showed her on my email confirmation. She leaves and comes back a little while later saying my order was never placed its not in their system at all. Again I showed her my order and told her I already paid. She left, came back a little while later and said we're redoing your order it'll be ready in 15 min. I said wait, you dont even know my order. She said, its in our system. Me and my son looked at each other crazy. We went outside to wait because we couldnt even hear each other over the music. A couple stormed out cursing that they stood there for 15 min and no one came to seat them. We went back im 15 min later and sat and sat and sat and watched every to go order that came in be handed out. 30 min later I approached the girl and said I gave it an extra 30, you told me it would be ready in 15 min. She told me it was ready, went back, returned a while later and said they were cooking one more thing. Waited even longer .... we didnt leave till 10pm. We were so hungry when we got home and expected the food to be worth the wait. The tacos were cold and tasteless, my children got chicken tenders which they both felt ill from eating because they were drenched in grease. Our churros tasted like dough in oil, no cinnamon sugar. None of us finished our food, we all felt sick. We literally threw $100 in the trash. Would NEVER return here again or recommend anyone we know to...

Came in to place an order for takeout. Order just CHICKEN AND CHEESE enchiladas with the green Verde sauce ONLY. Menu said $12.99. What they gave me was something completely different and for DOUBLE the price and came with two huge slabs of tough BEEF on top of the most bland unseasoned food ever!

Tried calling multiple times, no one would answer, and as I write this, I'm STILL trying to get them on the phone.

So now I'm stuck with an order of food that I didn't order, and out $22 and change.

So since they refused to answer the phone, I also went there in person and they were absolutely no help or by any means accommodating.

I was basically told "oh well, that's what you get" Not "Sorry, we rang you up wrong" or "Sorry, we didn't get you the correct order, please allow us to fix it and credit back what we overcharged" what I did get was just a basic "Sorry 'bout your luck" so now I'm out over $20 and stuck with inedible food.

Don't bother going here, unless you want to be double charged for some nasty tasteless food you didn't even order!

While the food was very good, the waitress made a mistake with the order and charged us for the mistake. When brought to the manager's attention, she yelled at us telling us it was not what the waitress had told her had happened. She charged us for the meal that was made in error and advised since it was made fresh, it would just go to waste and that had to be paid for . when we asked to take home the food they charged us for that the waitress put in in error, We were advised it was cold and they were making me a new one. I had requested to take the cold one home as I was just going to put it in the refrigerator however it appears they had already eaten it because we were given a hot, freshly made meal. Why should we pay for their mistake that they ate?Cannot believe the lack of customer service and yelling at customers when your staff made the mistake.
