Huge Scoops Ice Cream — Restaurant in Largo

My husband and I have wanted to check out this place for some time. We went there today walked in with our miniature toy poodle in our hands. Nobody said a word went up to the counter shopped around, walked around the counter and spent $60. I gave the dog to my husband so I could run to the ladies room and then after we were going to take a picture. I came out and my husband‘s gone, I looked outside. He was by the car and he told me to come out so I went out and the three little girls that were at the register again didn’t say anything while I was spending my money but waited till after we spent our money and then asked us if it was a service dog and made my husband leave. No sign on the door about only service dogs allowed either. Florida is very dog friendly. These guys are not I will not be back. Will not do business there ever again. So the food quality is generic to bad and the political nonsense is forced down your throat. I've been here twice and both times I've heard people swearing and spewing hate speech so despite being an ICE CREAM SHOP this is definently not a kid friendly / family friendly place. I suggest going somewhere that just makes icecream and keeps their opinion to themselves.

Went here after church last sunday!!! The two young ladies working there were such a blessing—so polite and helpful.☺️ The coffee was both delicious and reasonably priced, which is always nice to see. I’ll definitely be making this my new spot for coffee....
