New hot spot!! Late night craving for wifey and I so we decided to try this new place. Located on 66th St off of US19. This is a sister store of Green Mint in countryside. If you like that place this new wings place they have is a must stop by. They serve different styles of wings and drinks like boba drinks, tea, Vietnamese coffee. They have a good selections of Korean wings and boba drinks. One of the side items they have is white rice! I am Filipino so I was happy to see that hahaha. It's their first week of operation so I am not sure if they will be selling pho like Green mint at countryside, but that would be an added bonus!!So here's what we think of the food. The chicken wings were cooked perfectly. Crispy but not dry. It had just enough sauce on them ( it was so good I wanted to get a side sauce and stick a straw in it and drink it haha). We also got a side of pickled radish (Yummers) and an order of Korean eggrolls. We also ordered a bobba drink called Ube Tornado ( OMG!!). In closing this is definitely a stop for make night snack. Read moreHorrible customer service. No one waiting in line and no other customers to help. We placed an online order, and arrived 6 minutes later. Lady kept us waiting and said it’ll be another 15 minutes because she’s busy in the back. What? Shouldn’t you close down or put a sign up to announce you’re closed for a bit? Lady was extremely rude when we questioned her too. She said she was extremely busy, but there was only ONE other customer in the store! Very dismissive. Didn’t communicate well at all. Instead of explaining why the order would take another 20 minutes when only one other customer was waiting for food, she said she would have it ready at 2:06. Never assured us that she would have it ready as soon as possible or explain any further. We did request for a refund, and she was resistant initially and argued that she was “really busy”. I can’t imagine what it would ACTUALLY be like for her if it were truly busy. She fortunately did issue the refund, but we won’t be...
Read moreMixed experience, but mostly good! Firstly, our wings were amazing! Although the kitchen seemed a bit scrambled and one of our plates of wings came out cold. We had the kimchi wings, Vietnamese fish sauce wings, and spicy tamarind wings. They were all AMAZING!! We also had crab Rangoon and a 10 dollar pancake, which was a cheesy, sweet pancake. To end the night, we went over and got a matcha milk tea with traditional tapioca boba. The milk tea itself was very good, but the boba was so hard! I’m fine with chewy boba, but this hurt our teeth. Overall, this was a great place! Definitely get the wings, and the teas are fantastic, although I would skip the traditional tapioca boba given...
