Me and my kids always loved going to this McDonald's cuz they have a play area are my kids could play and eat their food I started off like I usually do I go to the register I send my kids to go play so I could get their order together and deal with the person at the register and be able to get the order together calmly and peaceful I started off where the lady that was supposed to be at the front register seemed like insisted attending me and another customer was waiting she walked past me and the customer at the register she made it her first priority to go to the play area and question my kids what age they are without a parent's consent and I was right at the register looking at what she is doing me and this other customer were staring at her turned around and noticed that we got upset as also this other customer seen exactly what she did and as well as I myself as the parent was very upset she came back to the register we let her know that we were waiting as my kid came to the entrance of the play area and gave me a look like they were in trouble I presumed to look back at the lady that was at the register she raised her voice and said it would be faster if I used the kiosk instead of her taking my order the other gentleman raised his voice behind me which seemed to overcome my voice other people in the restaurant scene and when they looked it was me at the register that everybody thought I was the one that raised my voice I was not also embarrassed but also I did not have the chance to get my point across to this worker that was supposed to be taking my order she said a few words I tried to rub it off because as a parent of there with my kids I tried to be the bigger person and not continue on with a pointless argument that I did not seem that I would win especially with somebody that I'm trying to get my food and my kids food from so I was the bigger person and didn't carry on she took my order it was three orders of the $5 combo of McDoubles she took more time dialing it in at the time I was upset and stressed out at the time because of her journey on not making me feel good as a customer so I proceeded to finish grabbing my money and my receipt after getting my food sitting down with my kids and having a long conversation of not talking to strangers for making them understand everything they was doing was in the right decision other than having some person come up to them and question them which was not a part of their job that they seem to seek out and feel what was more important... This happened around 2:28 p.m. Thursday September 5th also in the $5 combos I rechecked my receipt later on she upsized me and my kid drinks charging is more for the drinks when they come in the combo and adding on things that we did not get woohoo she may have got me for a dollar more in the upsize of the drinks but we didn't get no tea I got a soda in my two girls had Sprite thanks Long story short now spend the rest of my evening at home dinner with my wife and kids having a long discussion about things that took place that shouldn't have thank you very much to the woman at...
Read moreIf I could give this location zero stars I would. I had the worst experience at a McDonald’s I’ve ever had in my life. The woman at the window and what I assume was a manager were awful. I went to first window but no one was there to pay but it looked like someone stepped away so I drove to the second window to ask what was going on. She said no you needed to come to this second (food) window. I was first charged for something I didn’t order and when I didn’t get my food (because she didn’t check with me what I ordered) I asked for my food and she said “oh well I charged you for just a drink.” So I needed to pay for what I actually ordered and I asked for a receipt and she said they don’t have any. How was I suppose to know that the charge for the drink I didn’t order comes off my original food order? The manager said she took it off as a promo/discount. I asked for a receipt again to make sure and she said they ran out of paper. I told them there was paper printing at window one while I was sitting there waiting for someone. She said it’s not the same computer system for drive thru. (BTW these ladies were very rude). I said I’m not paying until I know I’m going to get a receipt to show that extra charge was taken off. I was told to go to the 3rd window and I sat there for at least 5min. No one came to the window. I had to park, walk inside and ask for a refund. (Which I got a receipt for) and asked why I got a receipt for this but not through the drive thru. She said rudely it’s not the same computer system. I was extremely upset and she was rude and unconcerned with what was happening making sure I was charged the appropriate amount for what I ordered. Saying they were short staffed was the excuse I heard 3 times. When a paper roll could have simply changed for receipts at the drive though computer. I hope General Manager Alexus sees this or someone higher. I will never come back to this...
Read moreToday on 7/27/23 at 4:24 pm...went inside spoke to " mgr" she had to be the rudest and non professional mgr I've ever encountered! No name on name tag just said mgr. But, general mgr should know by the time and date stated above. Issue was and still is...on 7/23/23 ordered 1 cookie tote. Time stamped receipt 7:06 p.m. Got them home within 5 minutes. Yes, they were hot and fresh... BUT all 13 were a massive chunk of a cookie. I called to make a complaint 5X no one answered...#6 someone picked up. Ask to speak to mgr. Waited a few minutes she told me that they are suppose to rest for a few minutes before putting in box. She apologized and asked if I wanted to come back...I said not tonight. She asked for name and said next time just say name is in book. As I stated above mgr working the shift at 4:24...told my husband that name wasn't in book. She called someone and asked if she had told a customer about free cookies. Person on phone said no. My husband asked her to look at schedule to see what mgr worked day in question. She said no one by the name I written on receipt works there. She refused VERY Rude. I understand it's hard to find decent help these days...BUT this is your business this mgr represents. SAD.....what happened to Quality,Service and Cleanliness.??? I just would like my cookies to be 13 fresh individual cookies. This store has had numerous issues. Steamer for filet of fish buns broke for the longest time. Receipts that couldn't be read due to issues with machine. Online order down. COLD food especially French fries..even ordered with NO salt and still drenched in salt and cold. Where is the regional mgr or even store mgr?
