We ordered on the app and picked up. We tried going through the drive thru to pick up but apparently they're the only fast good place that doesn't do that. They were nice enough to give me my food still but said next time we have to go inside if ordering off the app. The drive thru line funny enough looks like they're trying to copy chick-fil-a, with a couple of ladies standing there to take your order instead of using the speaker. Chick-fil-a still reigns supreme however. The food here was very bland and nothing special. I got "the box combo" which in the photo they make the chicken fingers look really big. They're not. The chicken is very tiny and bland, the fries are extremely soggy and bland, the soda is watered down, and their signature sauce is eh. The "garlic" bread was the most enjoyable part for me even though it didn't taste like garlic. It was just really soft, good tasting bread. So yeah, I don't understand what the hype is about. Chick-fil-a is still the best fast food chicken spot. I don't recommend this place.

The happy dance, yep that's what I'm doing. Never thought I'd see the day a Raising Cane's would be here, but the day is here. Who doesn't love a place with great food and a great back story? Not a big eater of chicken fingers, so, for me to rave about them in addition to driving forty five minutes to have them, really says a lot. Not just great employees great atmosphere, but the fellow patrons were awesome! I know. Who says that right? Here's why.. It has been a looooong time since I have been ANYWHERE where EVERY person coming in, leaving or sitting looked you dead in your face and nodded or smiled. When we walked on, every person in there was cognizant of my father's disability and went out of their way to be courteous and allow him to move about without looking at him like he was a bother. Chicken is always perfect (but bangin high be careful if giving to children ) salt level on the fries is on point, even their toast is great! Yum yum yum yum.

1st time, went through the drivethru. Nice employees, but order was wrong and chicken was not crispy (may be a personal preference). I got the box combo; I asked if I could substitute the coleslaw for an extra piece of toast and was told that was no problem (I think there was a slight upcharge). Paid cash at the first window and they confirmed my order and said 2 slices of toast. Great. Leave the drivethru, get home and there is coleslaw (I hate coleslaw and threw it away) and no 2nd piece of toast. So, $12 for a wrong order with mediocre chicken. Fries have no seasoning and very little salt, not as crispy as culvers. I've literally been to Chick-fil-A probably 50-100 times and can't ever remember having an incorrect order. Maybe they were just having an off night, but I don't know that I'll be back...

I love raising Cane‘s in general, the food is amazing always. But, this is a specific location. I would never recommend to go. I went Friday at 4 PM, I had to wait to be serviced at the register since two employees that walked by just fully ignore me and my husband repeatedly, until they started talking in front of us on who was gonna service us. I couldn’t understand what the person was asking me since he was whispering, which is not the worst thing ever but when you work with customers, you should be able to get a message across. I was gonna let go of this bad impression, but then when it came the moment to get our food, we had to wait over 10 minutes, which is quite unusual when we go to other Raising Cane‘s, so my husband went to the counter to ask what happened with our meal, it seems like they called out the order number, and we didn’t hear it and we don’t even knew what the number was since we gave our name which usually gets just called out, but it seemed like they put our order in the back again when we explicitly spelled the name on the order, also as I was having the meal with my husband, this lady started being extremely loud to the point where all the customers that were inside the restaurant turn around to see what the noise was, there was this employee saying goodbye to everybody in the kitchen and in the counter, but being extremely loud for like five minutes straight, even when she was already at the door she kept saying goodbye goodbye goodbye goodbye goodbye so loud it was disrupting of my meal. I may sound like an exaggeration, but it was not, every single customer in the store turn around because they were listening to somebody screaming, that was really not professional and makes me feel like this location is very slack and I would not recommend. Once again, Raising Cane’s as a concept is very good, very affordable meals and always delicious but the staff in this location need more training, I’ve had amazing experiences in other locations, but this one is not up to...

oh. my. god.

came in around 3p 7/13 and noticed the outside seating was PACKED, which is odd because it’s 98 degrees outside. walk in and there’s about 30+ people (no not exaggerating there honestly might’ve been more) celebrating a BIRTHDAY PARTY in the lobby. it’s shoulder to shoulder, you can’t move to get up to the counter to order and all these people are staring at you like you’re intruding on them. they’re waking in front of everyone or riding butts cause people aren’t moving fast enough. and there’s toddlers/kids running around everywhere unsupervised. and it was SO LOUD. kids screaming at the top of their lung, adults laughing and talking at basically a yelling level. the girl that took our order literally couldn’t hear us. we ended up having to get our order to go and eat in our car because it was too loud/crazy to eat inside and too miserably hot to eat outside.

i will say, the food and service was fabulous. came out super quick and tasted amazing. i know it wasn’t any of the employees fault and i hate to rate one star, but woah i had to bring this to someone’s attention.

but what manager/owner/etc allows this absolute insanity to be in their store. i can’t even imagine the customers they lost today because of the “birthday party”

and if anyone from the “party” sees this - there are MANY public parks & other venues to host a birthday party. especially if you’re going to expect others to act like you...

i literally have only ever left five star reviews of places so i feel so bad leaving this one but the service received today was not the best and i felt i had to share. i did a curbside pickup order that was estimated to be ready at 3:20. i got there around 3:15 and waited. and waited. and waited. there was basically nobody there except a couple people inside and a girl sitting in the curbside pickup next to me. eventually around 3:30 the girl and i started talking and she said her food was supposed be ready at 3:10 but nobody had come out to give it to her. i decided to just bite the bullet and go inside to retrieve my order which was sitting on the counter next to the other curbside order. the girl working said, "oh your order's been waiting for you" and i told her i thought i had clicked curbside so i was waiting outside. she said nothing to that. no big deal. i got my food i'm fine. i told her another customer was waiting for their curbside order and i didn't think she was going to come inside to get it. the girl went "oh yeah? how do you know?" and i told her "because she did curbside and said she wasn't coming in" this girl proceeds to roll her eyes at me when i tell her that. i'm all for hating your job especially in the service industry it sucks but girl. nobody was there. the food was just sitting on the counter getting cold. anyways 10/10 on...
