Burlington — Local services in Largo

Last night I had the worst experience at this store, I am a card Burlington credit card holder and after spend close to 4 hours on the store with my brother shopping around when we go to the cashier I tried to paid with my Burlington credit card they couldn’t find me on the system, so I am a card holder who makes purchases before at this store and the store manager a blond, curly hair woman who clearly doesn’t know ANYTHING about customer service was very rude and not able to help … so why your store has a person incompetent on that position, when I said how is possible you can’t find me on the system she said the computers are failing and have to contact the bank because she didn’t make that card for me… EXTREMELY RUDE, leaving me and my brother after 4 hours with $600 of merchandises on my cart like is not her problem, so another cashier if I don’t remember exactly her name but I Think is Chinaaa o Chineee something like that said let me take you to another register because something’s that other computer sometimes does that, so we moved to another register and OMG I was there. All this happened yesterday 04/12/2024 at 10.30 pm at night. But the store manager disappeared and wasn’t able to do anything, not before telling super loud to another cashier don’t take 2 costumers at the time, close with one and then take the another. That another costumer was me! This store manager needs a lot of training in costumer service, we spend 4 hours on that store and our time is very valuable. I wanted not to purchase anything after that terrible moment but most of the clothes was to be send to another country to my brothers family and he really wanted! I come to this store all the times it’s so close to me and I love it BUT unfortunately one of the “managers” her name is Jen or Jennifer (her coworkers call her Jen) is incredibly rude and unprofessional and honestly downright should have no position of management with such a horrible and condescending attitude. I asked for a bathing suit bottom to be priced and they were giving me a two piece price for one so I asked if it could be adjusted and she told me that they were supposed to be two piece and accused me of separating the bathing suits even though there were multiple of the same bottoms NONE of them came with a top and NONE of them had price tags. She then said the second hanger broke off of all of them which was also incredibly false as you’d be able to see that. She continued accusing me of taking the price tag off so I asked to walk over to the bathing suit section with her AND check the cameras which she had no response and then gave me a discount (finally )which she said was not possible at the beginning of the entire conversation. There was also no one and nothing going on in the store so I’m confused as to why she didn’t want to do anything or help anyone. Honestly I haven’t had such an annoying and condescending interaction (and I work in fine dining so it is common) in a very long time I’ll avoid this location from now on and highly suggest other people do as well as I’ve heard multiple stories of this manager being useless, rude, LAZY and not knowing the first thing about...

There are two burlingtons that I go to and a third one that I know of that I go to once in a blue moon because it's further away. The two closest to me I was actually looking for swimsuits and there was none. And here it is going into the end of February and a lot of places do have swimsuits out there right now but Burlington at Tri-City only had about four suits that were there on the clearance rack from I don't know how long ago. And they were not styles that anybody wanted. The Burlington at Clearwater Mall had a great sale on bras. I found four bras on clearance for under $20 and they were name brand bras and fit great. The one thing that Burlington always has a pretty good supply of issues for women. Whether it be athletic shoes or sandals or dress shoes they have a pretty good variety and they get some nice styles of purses in but they're stuck can empty out fast.
