When I went through the drive-thru there was nobody there or inside. They said there was only two of them working and they were very rude and would not take my order. I said there is no one here so why couldn't they. And they repeated there's no one here but two of us. So I said what turn off your signs and shut down if you're not taking orders. I had my granddaughters in the backseat spend the night and that's where they wanted to eat and this whole time and I mind you there 5 and 7 years old they were so upset and keep telling me Memaw they are so rude and they were Beyond upset. At which point my five-year-old said she didn't want to spend the night that they upset her so much she wanted to go home. When a kids that way get so upset about how they treated me that is severely wrong! I called two days later I asked if the manager was in and he said well that could be me there is no real manager. I asked if this was a franchise or a corporate store. He told me it was a franchise at that point I asked for the owner's name and all he could tell me was they are out of state. He is not one that was in there on Thursday it was girls and there was at least three of them when I got up to the drive-thru window and they looked so drunk or high I don't know but they could barely stand up. Read moreWe spent over $150.00 in a little over a week (my fiance loves taco bell) and out of that almost every order was wrong. I finally got such a disgusting meal (chicken tasted disgusting and old) that I decided to call in. I couldn't reach anyone for 2 days because it would ring off the hook. Finally today I was able to reach someone. The manager is who she said she was (kelsey I believe her name was). I informed her of my unpleasant experience and how I had been trying to call for 2 days. She then proceeded to call me a liar and disregard my concerns. Then she was rude when I said the word "hell" and screamed at me telling me not to cuss her. Lol. I then simply asked if there was something she would like to do to fix the issue. She said "I could replace the food but it sounds like you just don't like taco bell". Then she hung up. I called back and she was extremely rude and said she wasn't going to deal with me that I need to call corporate. I came through the drive thru 6/19 evening I waited at the drive thru window for 20 minutes for 4 tacos (no one else was even in line MAYBE 1 person) I get my order and they make the entire thing wrong. Every single taco was wrong. I paid for extra things they didn’t include it, didn’t even put cheese on the tacos? I then have to go inside after waiting that time and they are rude when I tell them what is wrong and if they can fix it and are lazy doing their jobs and ask if I just want a refund? No, I want the food I just waited over 20 minutes for? Then the lady switches the bag and doesn’t give me any of the sauces that was in the bag before so I didn’t get the sauce. Never ever again.
