China 1 — Restaurant in Largo

We had the food on a previous occasion and it was good. But we had a horrible experience last night on Christmas Eve. We were picking up food for ourselves and some friends. It took several calls to get thru to place our order, so our friends thought they were closed and ordered at another nearby chinese restaurant. We went and picked up theirs first because they said on the phone it would be 45 minutes. We picked up theirs, which was ready on time. Then we went here to pick up ours. Even after driving around and picking up the other order, ours wasn't ready. We waited there another half an hour while other people came and left with their orders. Another guy had called his order in even before us and was still there. Once it had been an hour, we asked for our money back and left. Another guy who ordered his around the same time as us was leaving with his and ours wasn't even started yet. And the guy who ordered before his didn't have his yet. It was completely disorganized chaos. I understand it was busy, but it wouldn't have been as bad if it was handled better. There was even one guy who in the middle of all the business, casually leaves for a delivery with one thing. It seemed like they had no idea what...

We just had the worse food I have ever ordered for take out. We got the Pu Pu Platter. It was so gross looking and smelling. Most of it was way overcooked. The beef teriyaki tasted like fish. Couldn't eat it. Two things that looked like pork chops were so over cooked I couldn't tell you what they were really. The Krab Rangoons were gross in the center. Very loose?? Not sure what it was. The ribs were over done and tough. There were two square things that I have no idea what they were. Looked like an animal not cooked in center and the outside was way over cooked. Egg roll was ok. Spring rolls couldn't tell you what was in them. They smelled bad. I spent $12.75 for crap!! Will not be going there again or recommending the place to anyone. Stay Away!! UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am sitting waiting for my food (over 30 minutes after I was told it would be ready) and the "manager" and a customer just got into a shouting match (I lost count of the F bombs and threats of violence lobbed at each) because the manager had mistakenly cancelled his order when the customer told the manager on the phone he would pick it up instead of continuing to wait for delivery (customer had waited over an hour PAST what he was told for est. delivery time). I've been coming here for YEARS and I hope this was an aberration... Otherwise this place needs to step up their game. 2 stars instead of 1 only because their food has always been good here.. may change that if I've waited going on 45 minutes for dinner and it's as bad as the...
