I'm a tourist and I was at your establishment to buy a sandwich and I was attended by an employee who said he was the store's manager, without a uniform and no identification, with a blouse and dirty clothes for a work environment! I was in line with 2 friends waiting for my turn to place my order and when, already in line, we felt his prejudiced look because we were speaking in another language. when it was my turn I asked for everything right despite not speaking 100% English, when he asked me grudgingly how many sandwiches I wanted and I didn't listen because he visibly didn't want to work and serve us with a super prejudiced look he shouted with me asking how many sandwiches I wanted screaming in the middle of the store! I was super embarrassed and felt scared with all his attitude. I decided I didn't want it anymore and said I would talk to the manager and he told me that the manager would not understand what I was going to say. I was wThis situar aiting forT my ride at the market door at the store's pad because it was raining and he left the store and came to me with the phone so I could talk to his manager. I don't even know who I spoke to but I felt really bad and embarrassed about this whole situation. This situation happened at the Roosevelt blv subway. at Walmart Clearwater FL, he even took several pictures of me without my permission. I will seek my rights because I have never been so poorly attended in an establishment and by a person so incapable of...
Read moreI usually do not write reviews but the service was so horrible something needs to be said. Came here super excited to purchase my delicious sandwich and upon walking up to the counter a heavy set African American woman with short hair rudely said "Sandwiches are made over here", while i stood in the counter where there was just me. I walked over to where she was standing and apologized as she stared at me angrily. She proceeded to asking "What do you want", and i responded with the number meal. I felt like i was in trouble the entire time she was making my sandwich. She then asked "Toasted or Not?", and i said "Not toasted", she looked at me crazy and then asked "What Toppings you want?", again with a rude mad at the world Tone. The food was alright, but i was there a week earlier and the young guy with long hair was super nice and made the sandwich spectacular and his customer service tact on point, He rocks not Rude Mad at the world Evil lady! Oh and PS upon paying she said angrily "That'll be $13.58" and i immediately chose the "No TIP" option, thanx but no thanx, Customer Service goes a long way when you're just Nice and just a decent human being...
Read moreFirst, there's apparently a new policy to leave shopping carts out of the store. I've never in the past 3 months been told to leave my cart outside. I was made aware of this new policy by the guy yelling at me from behind the counter while I was still outside in the Walmart area next to the pop up sign deciding if I wanted a sandwich. Second, with that new policy you expect me to leave $200 in purchases in my cart outside the shop behind me while I get a $5 sub? And who is going to stop someone from walking away with my purchases?? Oh you want me to take everything to my car first where the frozen items can be ruined in the heat while I stand in line. No thanks! Rude employees combined with the potential of theft? I'll pass and so should...
