Let me preface this review with some information. I have worked in the customer service industry for most of my working experience and I know how hard it is to be that "Cheery helpful and 'about the customer employee' at times." That being said I have always tried to do my absolute best when interacting with customers and other employees in a respectful and cheery manner. After-all a lot of human emotion on a day to day basis is derived from our interactions throughout the day. Now on to the point I'm trying to make. Today I had a few minutes between my elementary school and middle school bus route (that I drive); so I thought I would swing buy. I stopped in made my coffee, strolled over to the counter, and waited in the Que politely; while food was being prepared for other customers. A considerable gap in customers appeared and I asked the question I wanted to ask. I was thoughtful to do this in a gap of customers because I didn't want to be rude and just demand I be served. I asked politely if they could make me a fresh Sizzli. ( I have this thing against eating food under a heating lamp; I know I'm weird. ) The lady who initially answered me was very nice as I expected, and said they do it all the time. Then she asked the girl - I guess was in charge of making the Sizzli - and she seemed to be in a rather bad mood. She told the original lady I spoke to that there were ones she just put out, and to tell me - if I want one fresh I would have to wait 10 minutes to be served. This seems like a really meaningless issue but it affected me negatively. As someone who works as a public servant, and has worked in the customer service industry, holding such high standards for myself when I am in the same position; Things like this tend to be a very irritating thing for myself. Needless to say; I said thank you, bought my coffee and left without buying a Sizzli.
TLDR I did not have an enjoyable visit at this store, but I did enjoy the coffee. The guy who made it for me was extremely nice. So I give the location a star...
Read moreCame here to get gas . The cashier , Chris, who just happens to be an older woman , was very disrespectful to me. Her manager, Ryan, was standing there and heard her say it. I even asked him if he had heard what she said to me and he said that he had heard what she said to me and that he was going to talk to her and then I asked him if he thought that she already knew what she was doing when she did it considering she's around 60 years old and if he thinks that she did it by accident or if she intentionally made a scene with me and of course he didn't want to talk about any of that when the security guard Alex who was a complete gentleman came over I asked him for his opinion on the situation and of course the manager Ryan didn't like the fact that I was asking his security what they thought about the situation that they just saw. I asked Ryan to give me his name and Chris's name on a piece of paper with the store number and the store managers information or corporate information so that I can actually report the situation that I was dealing with and he got upset and asked me to leave he wasn't going to write anything down he wasn't going to give me any information and he asked Alex to let me leave her call the police and I did absolutely nothing And if they will actually pull the video they can actually see that I did nothing wrong unfortunately you have two very immature people working for you at your gas station and they have offended more than one customer because one of your other employees told me that Chris has had more than one complaint against her and unfortunately Ryan is a disciplined enough to keep his employees under control and he himself actually caused a problem in addition to the problem I was dealing with with his employee. I can't wait to speak to corporate this needs to be reported these people have lost their minds The picture below is a picture of the assistant manager He is the one that did nothing to help the situation and actually...
