I hadn't been to this Wing House for several years, but it used to be great. Sadly, it's very clear that no one is managing this location with any concern for profitability or customer experience. We walked in and stood by the front door. There were 4 people at one table and one person sitting at the bar. 3 employees were standing by the bar having an intense, personal conversation. One finally walked over to us, grabbed menus and motioned us to a table. No greeting. Another comes over a few minutes later and takes our drink orders. I go into the ladies room to wash my hands and it is a MESS. There is no excuse. It was 3:45 in the afternoon and the employees were standing around and doing NOTHING. The trash was overflowing onto the floor. The sink was so filthy that it looked like someone had washed dirty shoes in it and the floor was so sticky that my shoes were sticking to it. I didn't go into a stall, but I'm sure it wasn't any better. The whole place was a mess. The front doors were so gross, it looked like they hadn't been wiped down in weeks, as well as the windows. As we sat waiting for our food more and more employees arrived. Some walking thru the dining area with various food bags from OTHERS restaurants. They all emerged from the back room later, dragging themselves thru the dining room, no smiles and all just looked miserable. I had ordered a margarita that tasted like it was a total premix with the lowest quality tequila available to man. It had very little ice in it, which contributed to the slimy exsperience. Our salads were good. They were very large and when we asked for extra blue cheese dressing, we were charged extra for the tiny prepackaged cup. The salads came w/ 2, but the large salad really needed more. Since this is a wing restaurant, you'd think a good quality blue cheese dressing would pretty much be on tap. The staff was not engaged in the restaurant at all. I don't know why, with all of the standing around, someone couldn't have picked up a rag and cleaned the doors and tables or why the bathroom trash cans were flowing onto the floor. Or why someone hadn't run at least, a vacuum over the rugs. The whole place just reeked of "no care" whatsoever. Years ago this restaurant was run with high efficiency. It was clean and the staff was friendly and energetic. Clearly, no one that gives a damn has walked through it in a long time. This was a sad experience. I hope someone takes over and brings it back. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly exceeded my expectations.
What impressed me the most about Kimberly and Paula was their ability to anticipate my needs throughout the entire dining experience. Read moreUPDATE 06/21/24 - This is a completly honest review. I frequent restaurants and bars many times a week. I recently had the opportunity to visit the Largo Wing House location with some friends.
I had the pleasure of being served by a beautiful young lady, Courtney, WOW. This young lady not only served us but was like a "kitchen expeditor" for the whole restaurant. I was totally impressed.
Courtney is an incredible server with a fantastic personality, plus a food expeditor and barback/dishwasher.
Wing House, you are very lucky to have her as an employee.
Will I be back? Only if Courtney is my server 😎
UPDATE 05/03/24 - I decided to try WH again. To my surprise I had two incredible servers this evening, Courtney and Makenzie. These two young ladies were absolutely incredible servers with a very refreshing attitude. Will definitely return to sit at their table.

Update 4/16/24 - I scheduled a meeting with the new owners two weeks ago to covey my thoughts on how they can improve their business which has been on a steady decline. I talked to the new Regional Director, Jose, who confirmed our meeting for 4/16/24. I showed up at Largo 20 minutes early. 3:00 pm, no show. 4:00 pm no show. WOW, all talk. No surprise. Very disappointed in Jose and the new owners. Good news....Hooters ROCKS. Ive been an avid customer of WH since 2009. I've seen a lot of changes since then. My friends and I often visit WH Largo, why? We spend every night enjoying the company of one of our favorite bartenders, Samantha.This young women is the definition of "superior service with a smile".
