I didn’t walk in expecting top-tier ramen from a sushi restaurant, but what they served was beyond disappointing. The broth tasted like it came from a packet, the egg was clearly microwaved, and the chashu had the strange texture of processed meat. To make matters worse, there was no hot sauce or condiments available to salvage the dish. The service was just as bad as the food. The woman running the place barked orders in exclamations, and she carried herself with open contempt, as if she resented people stumbling across her shop at all. It made the whole experience feel hostile and unwelcoming. Mediocre ramen in a sushi spot would be understandable, but this combination of careless food and rude service makes it a place I’d strongly avoid.

This spot is consistently good. All of the staff seem to speak Mandarin (in addition to English!) but they make delish Japanese food. I’ve probably been here at least a dozen times and the only complaint is the dressing on the salads seem to be devoid of oil, like it’s just a shoyu sauce only. Other than that though, udon, sushi/sashimi, poke salad, and cooked things like gyoza, teriyaki & tempura are traditional and tasty.

Very delicious and fresh. The service was extremely polite and attentive. I enjoy my experience and the sushi is just too good. I’ve been back a few more times with friends. They have a nice outdoor patio if you want to bring your dog. Definitely our new go to spot for some bomb sushi. I recommend getting the rainbow roll, oyama special, rock n roll, and lion king roll. 👌

I live close by and have tried this place a few times in the last 5 years. I've never had a pleasant experience and the food is not "authentic" Japanese as they claim. I know because I'm Japanese. For mediocre food, the prices are way too high. Even. worse, the service is terrible. They are not friendly and they act like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to dine there or get take out. I ordered online for pick up and the app said it would be ready in 30-40 minutes. I went to pick up the food in that time frame and was told it would be 10 more minutes. 15 minutes later a worker approached me and profiled me as a food delivery driver and was very rude. She apologized sarcastically and then brought my food and walked away. I continue giving them chances but am disappointed every time I return there. I now have come to the conclusion that it's not a coincidence and they just have rude workers and bad service. Mediocre overpriced food is forgivable if the service is good and the workers are friendly but when the servers are rude it's completely unacceptable....

The staff here have no concept of customer service or even how to run a restaurant business. Each time we have come they have been rude, and clearly don't care if they keep their customers. They are not family friendly at all, even though they are in a family location. The food is decent and location convenient which is why we would come every week, but their service is so bad we will never be coming back again. No consideration or care for...
