I wish I can give this a higher raiting. I been there about 10-12 times I truly go back just for my 2 pastries which is always $13 so a little on the steep side but I don’t mind as long as they are good unfortunately they need to work on customer service I never feel appreciated or welcomed Most times I come in the morning and its an older lady idk if she’s the owner but I feel she picks and chooses who to be nice to as to me I always feel rushed to choose my items and checkout but I feel like As much as I like their pastries I will have to stop supporting as this time I went in ordered a cannoli and it was another worker making it for me and saw the older lady in the back typing on her phone and proceeded to touch the pastry she was working on can not imagine the hygiene in the back. Ive also gone in the afternoon and had much better expierence from other employees from the moment I walk in feeling greeted. I hope this truly changed as as much as I love something if I don’t feel my money is being appreciated I automatically...
Read moreOrdered a birthday cake for my husband on uber eats with pastries for a surprise birthday breakfast for him as I was not able to be with him on his special day, I ordered 5 days in advance for delivery at 915-9.45am and 2 hrs before delivery they msged that they didnt have some of the items on the order. We are talking about a Honore Cake which they are supposedly well known for with some writing on it and croissants.If the preorder was done days in advance why was there no commitment made to complete this order. Uber Eats support keeps going on about how I was not charged for this order as if this would help me get over the undue stress I felt this morning as I scrambled to get another order in to replace this one. Very Very disappointed as it’s not about the charges about the commitment that was made to provide as service through delivery as I had to fly out of SFO last night.
So if you thinking about a delivery of any sort, be aware that they may not live up to their commitment...
Read moreIncredible pastries! So delicate and delicious. The talent of the chef is obvious. We will eat our way through all of the offerings. However, the two young men behind the counter were surly, rude, and dismissive of several customers who were there. They also had the attitude of not knowing and not caring about the ingredients when someone asked. It was hard to witness. And didn't make sense when so much obvious cars had been put into the making of what was offered. One of the men ate a few things out of the case (who could blame him!) but putting it straight into his mouth in front of customers was also a bit 'degolas'.
I hope someone can give them better training in customer service! The pastries themselves...
