Like any Burger King, I’ve had bad experiences here where they don’t care if you customized your food or asked for sauce. Normal things. However today took the cake, considering they pulled our car and after 25 minutes of sitting there waiting, watching other cars get their food and leaving, we had to go back around. The employees were cleaning, not paying any mind to food needing to be cooked, and when we pulled to the window talked amongst themselves before finally addressing us. We told them we would like a refund due to the wait and were told that we would have to go through the app. Not an apology, just that the only thing they could do was tell us to use the app. Of course, went when it was the end of breakfast, so after waiting no where else nearby was still serving breakfast. This was a ridiculous situation and one that will make me avoid Burger King in the future.
Edited to add: we went down the road to Chick Fil A and ordered lunch. When we got up to the window, they apologized for the long line and let us know they’d thrown in a few extra breakfast sandwiches for the wait. BK could learn a thing or two about customer...
Read moreI ordered ahead on the app at 11:50 AM and arrived at the restaurant at 12:00 PM. There were about three cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, which seemed reasonable at first. However, the line moved incredibly slowly. Cars were stuck waiting at the speaker for several minutes, and even after advancing to the window, the wait times were still excessive.
I didn’t get my food until 12:35 PM—35 minutes in line for a fast food order! This is not the first time I’ve experienced such delays at this location, but today was the last straw. The wait times are unacceptable, especially since there’s no way to cancel your order or leave the line once you’re in it. They also informed me that they did not have any fountain drinks available AND they got my order wrong. Saw no point in going back to have it corrected as I would probably be made to wait another half hour.
The food itself is average and consistent with what you’d expect from this chain, but the poor service and long wait times make this location not worth visiting. I will not be returning to this location as it consistently wastes my...
Read moreWell it was lunch and I decided to go to Burger King on university because of the crazy prices at McDonald's, if was a horrible experience the manager took my order and to my surprise When I arrived at the service window the order wasn't even taken this was a problem because of the narcissistic demeanor of the manager Christine took my order I guess verbally at the com initially ,to my absolute surprise when I arrived at the window to receive my food I had to reorder and found out upon looking at the receipt I was over charged with another person's order , I was met with indifference and attitude as if it was my fault by the manager Christine, after I had to reorder and it charged my debit a 15 dollar charge and a twenty dollar charge which was crazy 35 dollars for 2 jr bigmacs and large fries with a drink , I realize it's a fast food place but I can just imagine what those poor employees going through there , we gotta do better Burger King on university, no refund was issued smh Burger King HR...
