Keva Juice — Restaurant in Las Cruces

I went for the first time today with my kiddos. We had so many questions and the friendly staff were kind enough to help us. My son is a type 1 diabetic and it's important to know what he's consuming because he has to have insulin prior. The girls behind the counter pulled out the carbohydrates for every smoothie they had on the menu. After ordering our smoothies, I went to pay and realized all I had was a $50 dollar bill. Unfortunately, they aren't able to break bills larger than a $20 dollar bill. I apologized and told the girl at the register to take my smoothie off the order. I went today and the customer service was terrible. I never leave reviews on places but I couldn’t believe how I felt leaving. We ordered 4 drinks and the youngest one who is (5) dropped his on accident right after getting it off the counter. ZERO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from the staff, I’m trying to clean it up to the point another CUSTOMER not even an employee offers to help me and even gets an extra cup so he could put it in since his had a hole. The whole drink spelt and what was left had hair from falling on the floor. I asked if I could get him another one, she rang up the price. Everything is good. Just every time I go in (and I go in often) theres always new people working and usually it's high school looking kids that stand around and talk amongst themselves like I haven't been waiting to order or they take my order and turn around and act lost like its their first day and what could be an easy quick experience turns into a long frustrating one because not only did I wait forever but also I'm not getting what I paid for. The acai bowls and smoothies have been watery. Also its gross that nobody wears GLOVES.
