I’ve visited this location a few times, and the only good things are the delicious food and late hours. Without these pros it would deserve 1 star.
One con of this location is that it has an incredibly stupid parking lot with confusing signs, making it extremely difficult to even make it to the drive-thru, where the real problems begin; that is, if you can figure out how to get around random curbs into the south entrance. My girlfriend and I finally got around to the drive-thru, where we made our order (including a burger with only cheese and pickles) without seeing any other people in line the entire visit. The staff member didn’t repeat our order back or show it on the screen, but after a long pause he asked, “So, you want a burger with only cheese?” I replied loudly so I could be heard with, “A burger with only cheese AND PICKLES”. He mumbled the total under his breath, then we pulled up to the window and weren’t greeted for over 5 minutes, despite being the only customers.
When the door finally opened I handed him my card as he mumbled the total indistinctly again. When he handed us our drinks he asked once again what should be on the burger, which I patiently explained for the 3rd time. He yelled back to the chef “JUST CHEESE AND PICKLES ON THIS ONE!” The employee was moving almost in slow motion and clearly not taking our frustration seriously at all, and I didn’t trust we’d get what we ordered.
Sure enough, when we finally got our food after waiting 15 minutes I pulled up, checked the burger, and it had only ketchup and onions on it. It was so dead at the time that I was able to just reverse back to the window, where I saw the crew messing around not paying any attention. When he finally came to the window I showed him the mistake, and he tried to take the burger back. I know it would either be reused (disgusting) or just thrown away, so I pulled it back and said I would eat it; I just want what I ordered. He insisted on taking back the burger, which I’ve NEVER seen a fast food employee do when a mistake is made. I said absolutely not, and we waited 10 more minutes for the correct order.
At this point I just checked the burger and left as soon as I could in frustration. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized my drink basically tasted like weird water, and their syrup machine must be broken or empty.
The experience was totally unbelievable. I didn’t think it was even possible to be so slow, uncaring, and inaccurate with only one car at the drive-thru over a 30...
Read moreHaven't been here in quite some time because of a bad experience, but decided to try again. The two men in the back cooking did pretty good, I was not disappointed. But the front counter service was odd. It was pretty unorganized. One person was being trained, one lady was there just talking to everyone, and another man was trying to train the new employee and cover the drive thru window at the same time. It was also odd to me that the lobby ice makers didn't work, and they handed us our cups just to try to no avail to get ice. Had to go back to the counter to ask for ice. The lady employee knew the ice makers were not working, commented on it, then continued to laugh and talk to customers that just came in. The man that was watching the window & training then had to go to the freezer in the back to get bags of ice to serve us ice from behind the counter. Blows my mind that they were aware the ice makers were not functioning but still handed us cups. After 3 other parties of customers were served, the lady then took the trainee with her to go buy more ice, leaving the one gentleman to watch the lobby and drive thru on his own. Not sure what was going on there, but from the customer side, not very organized. Food was what I expected, but this visit did not make me want to visit again. Also, the Dr pepper on the lobby soda machine tasted only like carbonated soda, ended up dumping out the ice soda and the ice, and got coca cola...it was not any better. Hope the other...
Read moreThis morning we went to have lunch and the lady by the name KO with one tooth was very rude. First she was being disrespectful to one of her coworkers, a veteran saying how could they only schedule him if he wasn’t going to be able to pull his weight. The man did a very good job and was getting his work done, this man had only one arm and this lady kept putting him down. How can this lady be working there and nobody say or do anything to get her fired. Upper management needs to hear this, please get in contact with me. This is inhumane. After we got our food she approached me and my husband in a very rude way, advising us that our toddler couldn’t be in the playground alone, which he wasn’t, our teenage daughter was in there with him. Made me upset and I told her what she should be worried about is making sure the heater was working in the playground because it was cold in there, that’s the reason we were sitting inside the restaurant. Then with her nasty attitude she told me that they can never get together with the customers, in the summer it’s the ac and in the winter the heater. So they decided they wanted the ac rather than the heater. I left this place so upset, this lady shouldn’t be working there she has no customer service and is disrespectful to her coworkers...
