Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Las Cruces

So this Chick-Fil-A totally has rude and inefficient management. My Door Dash driver did not get all my food order. When they went back to retrieve it and get a remake, they were denied food and basically I now had to report the problem to DoorDash and get the refund.

So, management evidently de-prioritizes door dash orders and it sounds as though their system for it leaves all the orders in one place for the drivers to grab. If another driver grabs yours or it’s not clear to driver how many packages there are and they leave one behind- well you’re just out of luck and must deal with DoorDash yourself and go hungry like I’m doing today.

They need a better system than this for their Door Dash orders, or they need to just not take them. After all, who wants to pay $22.00 to have an 8 piece nugget meal delivered for lunch and then go without the darn chicken?

And if the rude worker who answered the phone is any indication of the rest of the staff, well it’s just not a place I will patronize anymore.

The fast food places are going to make themselves go out of business due to their own lack of concern for customer satisfaction.People aren’t going to keep paying ridiculous prices and get this...

Favorite fast food place to bring my 4 year old. They have a great play are for kids 5 and under and tasty food! I love their Southwest grilled chicken salad with avocado ranch dressing no corn/beans. My little one gets the kids meal with chicken nuggets, of course and fruit cup. I always ask for the 3 & under toy which consists of a small cardboard book usually by a well known children's book author. My kiddo like to place small objects in her mouth, still and the toys offered for 3&up are usually just a paper booklet that my kiddo will just chew on and proceed to eat the paper lol. On occasion they will offer plastic toys that are safer for the little ones. This place is great for little ones to eat and burn off some energy. It also allows parents to relax for a bit, something we need from time to time. There are tables facing the play area which is encased with see thru walls and door so that parents can keep an eye on...

I have always been a big fan of this place, but you lost me tonight. I will never eat here again. This is why... I ordered food for my girlfriend and her coworkers last Thursday night. Had to drive to El Paso to drop it off. When I finally get there, I have everything but my girlfriends sandwich. So that sucked. I immediately called the establishment and spoke with the gentleman who bagged my items. He apologized and put my name in their “system” so I could come back and get my refund within 30 days. Being an reasonable guy I accepted and came back tonight. Not only did they make me wait unnecessarily long, but eventually told me I would not be receiving either a sandwich or a refund. You would think my future service with this company would be worth one sandwich. Thanks for wasting my time and making me look like an a$$ showing up without all the food....
