I placed an order last week and picked up at store on n main. Afterwards I did survey online, a girl from Dominoes called me and asked why I gave them a 1 star review? I told her our Pastas were extremely salty, the sauce was way salty. I also told her that our pizzas 2 medium chicken Alfredo were also extremely salty. She asked what could they do to make it better, I said next time for them to taste the sauce they made before assuming it’s okay to use. She then hung up on me. I was very shocked as to her hanging up on me, as that was very unprofessional and made me upset. I wanted to call back and speak to manager and ask them to talk to whoever this girl was that called and hung up on me. And to replace and remake my pizzas and both my pastas. But I felt at that time very uncomfortable after the phone call. It was very unpleasant. I just placed an order now hoping it’ll be great. In the past we’ve had excellent experiences and then some not so excellent. So if your the manager of the store on n main accross Walgreens reach out to me please. I’m thinking I should report her to corporate. Because their was no solution to my order, and her being unprofessional by calling and asking why I gave them 1 star the way she did, and after hanging up on me. I don’t understand why...
Read moreI placed an order and realized I didn't have the correct change so I headed over to pic quick for change. When I got back driver had left and apparently there was a misunderstanding with my mother in law. Long story short my mother in law tried to pay with change driver didn't accept and left etc. I had to go to the store and approached the counter. The person attending me was unfortunately the driver. I proceeded to let him know my concerns and he felt the need to act like the most perfect person and didn't accept any responsibility for what had occurred. I immediately asked for management and met the manager. He immediately offered me the pizza I had order said it was on the store he took the time to hear my concerns. I order very often from thins store and always tip my drivers. Ive never had a bad experience. But the manager definitely has training the drivers not so much but we can't blame them who knows what they go through. Big shout out to the manager it is very well appreciated made it a good...

Any persons that are not able to complete their hourly schedule, on a corporate level (Domino’s) mind you, Should be held accountable. It seems to me that Domino’s Closes at 12 pm. I had hoped to get a nice Fourth of July Meal and had called twice before the restaurant closes. Both times , whomever was closing this evening had picked up and refused to answer. Probably because they were a tad bit lazy to stay overtime and make a bit more cash on the next check.
