Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Las Cruces

Called in for a delivery order. Give the address and phone number and they take my order. Pay with my card and they say its on the way. 3 minutes passes and they call back saying they couldn't find the address. (They had the completely wrong address, apparently confirming the address is above their payscale) my card has already been charged mind you. Then they tell me my address is undeliverable, so I say well Ill go pick up to avoid a voided transaction. Get to the store and they voided the transaction anyhow and had to pay again. The whole point of me going to pick up was so that it didn't have to be voided. They need to confirm EVERYTHING BEFORE CHARHING THE CARD. Never getting my business again, I can't deal with...

I was first astounded that they did not toast any of their subs. Also they need to take down the sign that says "free smells." If your're not cooking anything, there's nothing to smell. So I ordered the Totally Tuna sub, which states that they have some special sauce that they use. But if this sauce was special, then they need to call every boring tuna sandwich totally tuna. It was bland, I had no choice in what vegetables I wanted on it, and it was dry as your grandmother. It sucked. I ended up wrapping it up, putting it in the oven at home to warm it up, put some mayo on it, and then I was able to eat it.

JJ is always my go-to when I need to order lunch to the office. Inexpensive for those of us on a budget. The food is always correct, and delicious. However, my last order from here was on August 18 and my delivery charge was only $1.75. Today I ordered, and my delivery charge had gone up 150% to $4.50. If I had an extra $5 to spend on delivery, I certainly wouldn't order Jimmy Johns. Sadly, this will be my last delivery order from JJ. Thanks for all the amazing and INEXPENSIVE office lunches.
