McDonald's — Restaurant in Las Cruces

There's a Hispanic male manager that works at the McDonald's on hickory who discriminates against black homeless women it is racist towards black homeless women sitting in their restaurant on I've been told I'm not allowed to sit here to charge my phone to have a visitation over zoom with my son the manager has proceeded to kick me out of the restaurant in the middle of the rain I'm not bugging customers I haven't said anything to anyone I keep to myself when I come in I bought food I bought a drink and that was not good enough the manager chose to be I've seen several white homeless guys coming you're all day long sit here for the entire freaking day asking people for money to buy drugs asking people for money to get food there sitting here panhandling on the property and panhandling inside the building me I just sit here and keep to myself all day I don't bug nobody I don't ask anybody for anyting the manager has chose to kick me out because I am a black homeless woman this is the most racist McDonald's I've ever seen. It really hurt my feelings to know that all the white homeless guys considering the McDonald's and on their property but a black homeless...

The employees seem nice, but the hygiene is OFF and the initial set of fries I received were SO salty! I took them back inside and watched to see what the disconnect could be after an employee told me “she guesses she has to do everything” though there were at least 7 employees in the kitchen who could have assisted - They are all distracted! Personal convos, face and nose touching... it was disturbing to think that any of them could have touched my food..

I didn’t see one person actually wash their hands, though someone handled money - then food - the manager? is sick AND STILL IN THE KITCHEN! And the personal conversations being had are being had OVER FOOD! As i waited for my fries, a (nice) lady proceeded to talk over my fries, using language that a customer should not hear... And all I could think about was how much of her spit was being caught by my fries.

This McDonald's location is trash! The parking lot is way too crowded even though there's a lot of spots to park because of the drive-thru it's a madhouse. And on top of that the food that I got which was a double quarter pounder with cheese add lettuce and tomatoes or the large fry and large drink was terrible. My fries were cold my burger didn't have no tomato on it and it was put together terribly made a mess everywhere. The only thing that was right was the drink and I believe the only reason why that was correct was because all I ordered with my meal is a large Coke and well can't exactly mess up a large Coke but then again I may be wrong. I strongly recommend if you're wanting to eat McDonald's go to the McDonald's on either lowman boulevard or the one on University because those two McDonald's are the best ones in cruises especially the one on University. As for this location that we're discussing right now, I wouldn't go back there and eat if it was the last McDonald's on Earth I would just do without McDonald's from now on for the...
