McDonald's — Restaurant in Las Cruces

I am a fan of Mcdonald's, always have been. But the other day my family and i went and it was the worst experience we've had. I'm not one to get online and bash on anyone. I work in the customer service also and have worked at several restaurants. But this specific place and their team members made me think about going back to Mcdonald's ever again. We originally ordered our food which consisted of A mcchicken, a cheese burger, chicken nuggets and a large sweet tea. We went through the drive through and when we got home we noticed that my 5 year old's cheese burger did not have cheese even though the ticket on the burger's wrapper said cheese burger and we were missing our mcckicken that we were charged for. I know mistakes and accidents with happen, especially when it is through drive though (even though it did not look busy). So we went back through the drive through because i had to be back at work soon. When we showed the lady at the window she opened it up and touched it with her hands and was rude as is she did not believe us for some reason.At that point i hope they wouldn't give us the same burger because she had already touched it and probably someone else along the way. She returned to the window with out food and did apologize for any of the inconvenience. I asked her if she could pleasse give us a refill on our sweet tea and she replied saying she would have to charge us again. I thought the least she could do was give us a refill but maybe that was wrong of me to ask. What really upset me was that we noticed they gave us the exact same burger only simply added cold cheese to it. By that time we had to get off and personally talk to a manager because that was very unsanitary. The reason we know it was the same burger was because we had noticed the patty meat had a weird spot on it that looked uncooked. We asked to speak to a manager and he tried telling us that they did make a fresh burger for us which was not true at all. And he also was very rude to us and asked us "it's a cheese burger, what's the problem?" I did not get off to make a scene all i wanted was for my order to be corrected. I do no believe someone like Esteban (the MOD) should be speaking to customers that way and if so he should not be able to manage the restaurant. . The last 2 reviews are clearly fake, The managers at this mcdonalds didn't get enough brainwashing at the cheeseburger college , because they purely suck at leading their team. Out of the last 5 visits, 4 times my order was messed up. The last visit was the worst. First off the drive thru operator was high as balls, or maybe im mistaking a mental handicap(if so I apologize) but I had to repeat myself on every aspect of the order 3-4 times and then gave me the wrong change...my total was $13.07, I gave here a $20, she gave me back $13.07. lol

So then we get to the pickup window(like ok I just got a instant $5 rebate everything is great, WRONG!) The person at the pickup window hands me my 2 drinks, oops one of the lids wasn't completely on and drink goes on my shirt and lap. I get my food and stop ahead in ine of the reserve spots to check my food.

2 sandwiches weren't to order and they missed the thing that I had repeated the most to the drive thru chick. So I pull around front go inside and get the manager to fix the mess up. While the line workers are correcting my food one is laughing and jerking around and the manager is laughing with him. I thought i was at the mad hatters tea party.

Honestly I think it's because I ask for a different bun on the mcdoubles and it(what seems like a simple change) just disorients them(all) to a point of hysteria.

I am a long-time fan, & frequent customer, over several years time. The last most recent ordered meal, from McDonald's, was located, & order placed, & served to me, as a take- out order, @ a specific location in LC, on El Paseo Drive. I ordered, specifically, @ that time, of my most recent order placed, a green Chile double cheeseburger, & a (6) piece order of their Chicken McNuggets, with their Hot mustard sauce. Upon arriving home, with my take-out order, from the restaurant, I was very pleased, with the freshness, & quality, & deliciousness, of their food items, I had ordered, as I usually always am. Also, the atmosphere of their restaurant inside, was clean, well-lit, & the Cashier, who took my order, was pleasant, courteous, accommodating, & patient, while I placed my order. Further, my take-out food meal order, was filled, & served to me, very promptly, in a timely manner, as well.
