I donât even know where to begin. Pre-Covid this place was a nice little place to come have some Italian food. NowâŚitâs horrible! I donât mind ordering from the counter but when you come into the dining area itâs nothing but long tables. No single tables for a couple so essentially if itâs busy youâd have to share a table. You have to go get your own napkins, straws, silverware, etc. We ordered a pizza and they took it to the wrong table where it sat for about 15 minutes before they took the right pizza out to the couple, took ours back, reheated it and brought it out to us. Never apologized for the mistake or offered to make us a new one. Thank goodness the older couple they initially gave it to didnât touch it (we sat and watched). That same older couple ordered after us and got their food first. Then, they never came out to check on us! To top it off, you have to clear your own table and place it across the room at another table. HahahahaâŚI felt like I was in a school cafeteria. Halfway through our meal they put on some music on a little stereo sitting on a table that played some awful flute music. I thought for sure the mice were going to come walking in. We sat and waited for about 20 minutes and still no one offered to give us a to go box. The table next to us had to go up to the counter and ask for one. This place is a joke! The workers are lazy, and I cannot believe the owner would even allow for this kind of service. Needless to say, we will...
Read moreI would like to start off this review as being polite and basing it off of other similar experiences in Las Cruces. As me and my family with 3 children decided to come in and try it for the first time we were expecting a great experience. First off we walked into the dine in area. We did not know whether to seat ourselves or wait to be seated as no one was at the counter paying attention. I walked halfway into the kitchen to ask a female assosicate. Second we were finally greeted by Sammy at the counter who took our order. He did well and took our order. Third we sat ourselves and waited for our food and I went to get drinks as well as our plates and cutlery. Disposable plates and silverware is what we got. Fourth the foods presentation is very bad. Our Cesar salad looked as if it was to go, the pizza was normal, and the fettuccini was in a to go container. Bread came out on a plastic bowl. This presentation looks cheap and tacky for being dine in. Also the same girl I spoke to in the kitchen brought out our food and didn't say a word to us. Cleanliness is mediocre as a couple sitting across left and trash was on the table for a while. Overall I will say I will not visit here again. Good food doesn't replace bad...
Read moreThis has to be the best pizza in town. My family was just passing through and decided to give this a try based on the reviews. I couldn't really identify what made our pizza so good because we added a lot of toppings, but it does appear they use quality ingredients and our pizza was delicious. Maybe it was the crust or oil or cheese, or were the mushrooms marinated? I thought I tasted a hint of Italian dressing? I'd definitely go back. The service was pretty good, it seems the entire staff was young. The dining room is above average and decorated nice, with beautiful Italian music. Most everything was very clean. I do wish they offered fountain soda instead of just bottled beverages. They also offer an array of frozen items such as lasagna plus other pasta dishes and a variety of sauces that you can take home and warm up at another time. We found the marinara sauce to be a little sweet, but the green chili alfredo sauce was dynamite. We also tried three of their desserts which were good. They said their limoncello cake is the most popular. The business area feels more industrial but it has easy access to the highway and plenty of parking. I wish they had another location near...
