I love Wendy's and im constantly ordering from them, through doordash. Sometimes yes the order is messed up but nothing compared to this location, today on 10/10/2024 at 11:30pm I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the regular nuggets, somehow I ended up with spicy chicken nuggets that were not edible, and the chicken sandwich was not either! I couldnt even bite into the nuggets from how hard it was and the sandwich was just as hard. I called the Wendy's and the employees blamed the delivery driver for the wait but the location was 4 minutes away! I went to the actual location and there wasnt anybody in line either so what wait were they talking about? The employees that were working there were very rude, making gestures, making faces, and simply denying there was anything wrong with the order. After they gave me the order again I asked if it was fresh and he stayed quiet so I checked it and I could tell it wasn't fresh but at least it was edible. I've worked in Wendy's before and never would have we ever given chicken that old because were supposed to replace it after a certain amount of time and never would have I given that attitude either. If you don't know how to work a simple job like Wendy's you shouldnt be working there, I'm sorry if you're miserable in your job but thats not my fault so change your pathetic little attitude because your hand gestures impress no one. Read moreWe placed an order on 7/5 around 5: 30 pm. At the time of order the manager was yelling at the person who took the order to be sure and check the # of baked potatoes they had. I ordered 3 and they only had 2. When we received the 1 bake potato it was without butter, or sour cream. It was dry. Upon checking the order we were missing the other potato. At this time the "manager" began swearing at the employee who made the mistake. I can't blame the person for an error on the order. With a manager like that moral must be so low that no quality of service could be assured. Because of the managers disrespect shown toward her staff it is by pure luck that anything is done correctly. She should be terminated on the spot. Who ever owns this franchise should check on it and see what actually is being done because they are losing major money. Read moreWorst location; even the employees are rude. They gave me extremely disgusting old food and tried to pass it off as normal. When I went into the drive-thru, I saw employees making gestures and faces as if I were in the wrong. I took the food back and showed them the quality of food I had been given. Wendy's was four minutes away from my hotel. I requested fresh food and was still not provided with fresh food. When I asked if the food was fresh, the employee stayed quiet. I was fine since the quality was alright and wanted to leave and not deal with this, but food was not fresh as requested.
