I loved everything about my experience to Arby's. It has great customer service. From the cashier to the cook even the General manager. They offered great options and help me get exactly what i wanted. I had lots of different option to choose from. Also cant forget how clean the place was. I have been to some new establishments but they were not well kept always something that was just not good. But this Arby's was clean all over restrooms, lobby, entrance etc. Everything was well stocked. Not to mention how fast i got my food in a matter of seconds. When i got my food it was just so well put together. Everything was fresh. The taste was above and beyond to what i was expecting. I could go on and on about how wonderful and great my over all experience was but from 1 - 10, 10 being the best i give it a 100. And thats being shy. I wish there was more Arbys like this. Read moreDrive thru order. Nice friendly. curly fries were just out of the frier. And it goes down from there. Ordered a turkey sandwich and told the individual taking the order - no less than five times. Yes mustard no mayo and the order was confirmed yes to mustard and no to mayo. When we placed our order there was little traffic in the store, so real busy is not an excuse. Too far down the road before we discovered the foul up. Waste of money time.. I am sure they get a lot of orders right. Unfortunately getting right is an individual thing and they got it wrong. edit - Arby's corporate did follow up and sent us two meal coupons. They are trying to make things right... now if the staff would just stop a moment and listen... no doubt they will get better at their craft.

Read moreThe two girls working on 1/24/2016 lied their names and didn't handle ther mistake right. Melissa and Rebecca were the names they used. Later we sent two people in who are from this town and the girl with the pink hair was gaving them free drinks but didn't want to fix our order after slamming the window on our face. Also they weren't wearing name tags, hats or the correct uniforms while working. When I went inside to confront them about slamming the drive thru window in our face, they stood in the back laughing and smiling and the man named Juan who told us he was the one in charge at the time came to the front and he didn't even know his staff members names so I knew they were lying. He also said he was the highest, and there was no one else we could talk to. And if he was the highest, he should sent them home right there for acting like that. I'll never eat...
