-------- updated review ------- Yesterday I tried the new " Hush Puppy battered fish strips and Fries. You do have a choice between crinkle fries or the traditional, well loved curly fries. But don't make an effort to run out and try them and thinking that they will have the same vibe as if you're jumping the pond to England or, even coming remotely close to any Pub you know has fish and chips! The first disappointment is seeing and I really mean it , you'll keep looking at the menu board and look at what you have and realize that you have been tricked into buying a glorified fish stick with absolutely nothing that resembles a Hush Puppy Battered Fish Stop(s)!! When you bite into them you get the first flashback of school cafeteria fish flavored, soggy Gorton's fisherman, deep freezer, mom is tired and that's what your having for dinner with with fries or, in our case when everyone was younger, " tater tots!!" It was below the bottom of sad and truly a waist of $10.. My wife on the other hand got a marketplace Turkey and Swiss sandwich with lettuce, tomato and Dijon mustard. I tried it and it was absolutely delicious..

Stopped in to have lunch because our vehicle was getting serviced. My wife and I always get the same thing " anything 2 for 6 " and we share a drink. This location is always clean and very well taken care of and the employees are awesome!! Everytime we're in the area, 9 times out of 10 it's going to be this Arby's that we will visit above any of the other fast food...
Read moreDownload the app if you haven't already. Scored a free sandwich and $1 large curly fries.
Walking in was instantly greeted by a person in the back which was a change of pace. I didn't see the person but it was the gesture that counted. The store inside was clean but they keep thr bathroom locked with a physical key and someone e has to let you in. For such a remote location I don't know why they needed it locked.
The turkey bacon ranch sandwich was okay buy at $8.50 it was overpriced. Jersey Mike's makes something similar for about the same cost and it tastes 10x better. This was a sandwich you could easily make at home with little effort. It does look like the photo and the ingredients were fresh but it was overpriced for what amounted to a lunchbox sandwich. I got a large curly fries as well and I could swear the portion size has shrunk. It retails for $4 and that seemed like a ripoff. The fries weren't as thick or plump as I remember.
I haven't been to an Arby's in about 6 years. Would I go back? Only if the in-app deals make a deal I can't refuse. There's just too many smaller local restaurants that...
Read moreMy husband had a bad experience weigh thelady Manager, over change!! He was given $3 in CHANGE. Apparently that's all that was in the drawer at that time. This woman manager walks up to cashier with $1.00 bills. My husband asks her, can I cash on the $3 worth of quarters of the changes I was just given? She did nothing but give him a Doherty look and didn't even answer him!! When living in this great metropolitan city, that keeps growing by warped speed. I'd like to say that we'd be back. My husband said ....not a chance. Too bad too. Gyros were great. The rest of the crew was super friendly too! I understand when living where there are not only hundreds of other fast food joints...we can be as picky as we choose!! Too bad, I sincerely hope that she is questioned on this service and or is taught how very important CUSTOMER SERVICE is, more importantly a handbook on How...
