I'm so disappointed in Blaze pizza. I have attempted to order a to go order inside the Store 3 weeks ago and was told by a gal behind the counter that when we were ready to place our order she would help us. So my husband started placing our order, after the first pizza we told her about she told us to go to a different person to order the second pizza. We were so confused by the instructions and felt mistreated so my family and I just decided to go elsewhere. Yesterday we planned an event for our friends, neighbors and family. We all planned on ordering pizza together so we had been told by a friend attending that she liked Blaze pizza and she suggested it for everyone. We placed our order by calling the Las Vegas Lake Mead store asking for an order of several pizzas. We paid via credit card on the phone with a representative we thought was in the actual store we were calling. She confirmed the order, said it would be ready for pick-up in 30 minutes. So we headed to the store and to our great surprise we were stopping by nice employee standing outside of the restaurant letting us know they were closed for a Private catering event. So I said ok no problem we are just here to pick up the order we placed and paid for on the phone. He said no, we are not taking any orders for our store at all but maybe the order went to another store. I was so confused 🤔 I kept explaining to them so finally asked for a mgr and she confirmed that she can't take any orders and that there was no order in the system after checking in to it for me. I will say the manager was very nice to deal with however I have a huge costume party going on right now and I need to feed the group. So wasting all this time trying to figure out if the order was even existing was a long time to wait. In the end we called Round Table Pizza on Lake Mead in Las Vegas and places the order with them. It was one block away, we ended up with amazing Pizza even a glute free crust available as well! My 20 min trip turned into a 2 hour disaster. Come to find out, Blaze pizza stores do not handle there own orders. It goes to a call center. I'm not sure for how many stores, but not smart in my opinion. I'm not happy at all. I guess a meeting with the minds might help themselves. It sounds like even the employees are on the customers side with this issue. Still don't know what Blaze pizza...
Read moreThis blaze pizza stole from me. I ordered multiple deserts that I had assumed the girl at the counter had gotten for me and put in my bag. Big mistake… it’s really sad that in today’s world you can’t trust anyone to get an order right. They didn’t put any of the deserts in the bag and I didn’t realize until I got home and my kids were upset with me. I called to try to get a refund but they told me because I was a walk in I would have to bring the receipt back to the store to get my refund, which just sounds ridiculous and I’m sure they could’ve just looked up my check number and hit refund. They told me I could come in any time.
Anyway, I came back in 2 days later when I had time and the manager tells me she can’t refund it because the check has been closed out and their system won’t allow them to refund…. What a joke!!!! So she takes down my info and says she’ll have to talk to upper management and call later that day to confirm my refund. Well it’s the best day and I still haven’t gotten a call or a refund.
It’s too bad because we loved their pizza but after this situation we’ll never return.
UPDATE: Contacted them like they requested below, they offered me a coupon for a pizza, told me they were in contact with the restaurant to make sure my refund was processed, then went completely silent on me. I never heard back from anyone and they are full on ignoring my emails now!!!!! SCAM!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! IF YOU DO CHECK YOUR...
Read moreThe 5* are for the desserts! The S'More Pie is to die for! And the Brownie with olive oil was sinfully thick, rich, and really chocolatey. I'm a customer for life for those 2 items. I wish I would have bought a dozen S'Mores and half a dozen brownies...breakfast, lunch & dinner for a couple of days...instead of a pizza. Just rec'd the cpn card in the mail or wouldn't have known about it when I got hungry for dinner. Since I had a $15 Uber Eats cpn that was expiring I decided to try Blaze instead of my usual Pizza Hut Meat Lovers. Chose pepperoni & Italian sausage with the spicy red sauce, mozzarella, goat & ricotta cheeses, kalamata olives, roasted garlic, sea salt topping. It looked pretty, but wasn't warm. I'm less than a mile from the store. It did come quicker than stated...I like the discount for selecting a longer wait time being ok. I will probably try it again, but there was way too much mozzarella (and I'm a cheese lover). Roasted garlic was way strong (and I'm a garlic lover). I don't mind the burnt edge. Just wasn't crazy about the whole thing. Wish there was a place to add special instructions, like easy mozz, but maybe that's just because I ordered via Uber Eats. But...I DEFINITELY will be back for those 2 desserts! They are both to-die for. Yummmmmmm. I may have them in my dreams tonight...
