Wow. Where do i begin. I recently had my car stolen and my cc information compromised. So working across the street at the storage joint, CubeSmart has been convenient for me to get coffee in the mornings, especially when carpooling. Despite the times i've ordered my drink with oatmilk, never complained when they forgot and still put milk in it (eventhough i still paid all those times). Today i called and asked if they would do a cash order BEFOREHAND, the lady whom i spoke with on the phone, which name i refuse reveal (because I'm not personally aiming this message to get someone fired as we all need a job in these strange times rt now) took my order and told me to meet her at the drive-thru window and when there would be an opening, she would take my money. Mind you, she had took my order already. I hoof it to the Bean, get there, and waited about 7-8 minutes outside the door before the person with whom i spoke with, that had taken the order over the phone, came to the door, cracked it open and now tells me to join in the line of cars wrapped around the side of the building and walk in the drive-thru. I asked if she could just take the cash i had in my hand at the moment, since she had taken the order. I was going to give them the change from my order as a tip for doing the cash order but i guess this will have to do for now. I declined to walk in the drive-thru line for i was on my break stillso i instead walked back to my job. My coworkers also had issues with coffees being burnt but we still love to get a nice hot coffee from you guys over Starbucks, anyways. There was a time when people use to take pride in there work but that time has passed and diminished completely. It saddens me to make a complaint of a neighboring business and a place i really enjoy but you must know that the check you are keeping the lights on with is coming from working people just like yourselves. Read moreThis is the location I try to go to because it's closest but they don't really participate in the Coffee Bean loyalty program! Any special offers you get in the app or email, they do not acknowledge! I've tried several times to redeem different offers. Only once did the offer work, but they limited the choices for the offer even though on the app, I can do any drink. Which brings me to the app. The app doesn't work well for ordering and most of the time, the online ordering doesn't work for this location! I can add stuff to the cart, but then it never lets me check out. Today, I tried, and it kept giving me errors because of the milk I want to choose. Not this locations's fault but the other problem is that online ordering seems turned off a lot for this location. Otherwise, the atmosphere of the cafe has been great and seemed mostly clean. The coffee has been alright! I haven't had bad drinks here, maybe subpar or great but not terrible or inedible. I would say that for customer service, I've been treated alright or even pretty nice, but I've heard the same person get irritated or annoyed quickly at the person infront of me at the drive-thru. And if I want to be honest, I think it was because she had an accent. Which raises a few questions. I...don't have an accent so I was treated fine over the drive-thru speaker and when I got to the window, I was still treated great (I'm not white). I just think the person has no patience to try to understand people if they have accents. I know it can be frustrating, but I wouldn't lose my temper or show my irritation like that to a customer. Being a barista can be daunting, but please treat people, especially customers, with bare minimum kindness. At least the customer actually learned English and is trying. Read moreHey, this place is really really good, I really enjoy the reward system and I got a free green tea macho latte large hot blended and it was amazing because I have to pay anything, through the app I was able to do everything so I really appreciate the help thank you so much for the customer attention as soon as I walked in and I did the walk the walk in or drive-through, because it has a drive-through as well, the guy just attended me so quick even though there was like six cars right in front of me, it was very quick very speedy The already had a tea ready before even stopping so it was very speedy and I really appreciate the system that they have. On the outside it looks amazing and I have this little fireplace as well. It was raining the day that I got the tea and I got the free reward so I think it’s about one dollar for every point and after 50 points you get that but if correct me if I’m wrong maybe in the app it’s a little bit different, but still the reward system is really good and it got me to go back to Coffee Bean. I no longer will go again because it started to get a little bit addictive I don’t know what they put in the drink but it’s very addictive or it feels like it has some sort of thing that feels or makes a return back, so no wonder it’s so packed and so good, but still I really like the fireplace and I really like the setting for when it was raining so that you could Chyna just chill for a bit and have fun in coffee bean....
