Bourbon Street Sports Bar — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Myself and plenty of my friends etc will not be going back to any of these Bourbon Street locations until the games are turned back on. For them to still be off due to "Covid" is ridiculous. Games are off but gambling machines are on? There is NO reason to go here if the games do not return. Can gamble anywhere, so why bother going here to have to deal with the unfriendly staff. Especially the big guy, he's especially "pleasant" to deal with. He clearly hates his job and people. This place is losing a lot of business by having the games off. We use to frequent these locations for games and fun. TURN THEM ON!

Edit: it's almost 2024. Covid was years ago, and still no games. Why bother even going? Unless you like unhelpful disgruntled staff who hate their job almost as much as their life and ownership who clearly hates money. What an absolute...

Where do I start?

All the arcade games are broken and play on a continuous loop non stop. No much, just arcade game sounds.

The staff…very lackluster, not helpful at all.

I was there on a date and wanted some food all they had was chips.

Walked back over they have popcorn…ok so you have chips and popcorn? 🙄

Trying to get the young girl employee with black hair to help us buy something was like asking someone to wake up out of bed at 5am.

I tried to be nice and make conversation with the girl.

“These chips are so good have you ever tried them”

Her:NO

Me:yeah they taste like barbecue and vinegar they are good.

Her: Silence.

Like wow rude lil girl how flipping rude!

Absolutely unbelievable.

I wouldn’t go back, and I can drop some money on gambling but not at this place....

My first experience here was great. There was a skinnier male working with great customer service. He hyped up his gumbo, which was delicious. Came back a second time literally 5 minutes ago and I’ll never return again. There was a heavyset male who was rude and had zero customer service skills. Her told us there were no pool sticks available even though the party on the other table had 3. Last time we came my man and I shared one pool stick which he could’ve asked that party to spare one. This man should be let ago as he’s bad for business and loosing...
