Smoke House Smoke Shop — Local services in Las Vegas

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review but.. I’ve been living in this area for a little over a year now and I’ve been faithfully coming to both locations on a daily basis at least twice a day as well as recommending this business to friends of mines … today my wife went in to purchase a few tobacco products as well as a couple little bottles of their wine… they have been having a promotion going on that’s supposed to take off 15% of your purchase beer, wine, tobacco, & grocery at this particular location because they just started selling wines/beers …the owner himself provided me with the coupon & told us to present it anytime we purchased wine/beers…well today the experience we had wasn’t so great .. my wife presented the coupon & the woman that was working today proceeded to tell her “next time” .. this isn’t the 1st time they haven’t honored the coupon and I’ve disregarded it and still made the purchase without the discount (the other workers weren’t rude or condescending when declining)… but for some reason the woman wanted to give attitude, yell, and slam items on the counter … this is the 3rd occasion she has copped an attitude & idk if it’s due to some type of misunderstanding/language barrier .. or maybe she’s trying to save their business a few cents .. either way there’s no reason this woman needs to always have an attitude with dealing with the public (yes I’ve witnessed her treat other customers poorly) .. the owner should really evaluate that worker, but I believe she’s a family member of his so I highly doubt anything would...

And I’m taking all my pppl I recommend with me ! Never use to have issues at this smoke shop until Andy sister started working here first she was the other one and one time they charged me twice for a item and she literally was trying to argue with me and we can see clear as day on my bank app it was charged twice she began yelling in my face and proceeds to call somebody on the phone , she talking mess and slamming my items on the counter !!!! This is the second time I had this issue with this lady when she been gone all these last couple of month since i come here regularly I never had ANY ISSUES UNLESS SHE IS THERE GET RID OF HER! The staff is friendly, but the store over prices their products. I wanted to buy a new mod bc I was there and it was convenient enough, but they tried to charge me $130 for a mod kit that come to find out was worth $60 after doing some of my own research. When I told them I wouldn’t pay that much, someone who I’m assuming owns the store tried to haggle me down to $109, then $89. I refused again, but I did buy a two pack of vape juice just to then get home and realize only one of the bottles was in the pack. I won’t...
