While visiting Vegas from Arizona, my friends and I decided to check out this boba spot after hearing about it on TikTok. Let me just say, it went way beyond our expectations! From the moment we stepped through the door, Manny, the owner, greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions, even offering us samples of different drinks so we could choose the one we’d enjoy most. This level of service is rare, and it’s clear he genuinely loves what he does.
After a dinner break, we were running late but still craving more treats, so we called to check if it was too late to stop by. Manny was incredibly understanding and happily welcomed us back with open arms, even though it was just a few minutes before closing. His hospitality made our night unforgettable.
The atmosphere is perfect: clean, organized, and inviting, with a selection of games that makes it a fantastic hangout spot. We sampled several treats, from the Cookie Monster and brown sugar boba to the Biscoff ice cream and the ice cream in a waffle cone. Every single item was delicious and top-quality, and you could tell that so much care and creativity went into each dessert.
If you’re in Vegas, do yourself a favor and check this place out. It’s the best boba and dessert shop we’ve ever been to, hands down. Manny’s passion and dedication to his craft shine through in every detail, and his warmth makes the experience unforgettable. I rarely leave reviews, but this one is well-deserved. Manny should have lines out the door for the incredible quality and service he offers....

The milk tea didn't really taste like anything and the boba was decently hard, like it was undercooked. For the regular tea, they don't strain the tea leaves for some reason, so you just suck up leaves in your drink.
Decided to try this place again about a half year later. This time got a honeydew flavored drink and the same tea as last time. While the boba was better cooked this time, the honeydew flavor was non-existent. It's like they put 1 squirt of flavoring into a barrel of water and that's what you get. A light green color with an even lighter, diluted taste. Why am I paying $6 for unflavored water?
As for the tea, we asked the lady to strain it so there would be no actual leaves in the drink. She looked at us like we were retarded and had to make her job completely harder. It took a bit of back and forth just to get her to do it. Just to get rid of something other places already get rid of.
2 bad experiences are already enough. I can't imagine going a third time, even for free, when Boba Master is 5 minutes down the road from this place and they make everything properly. Their drinks and flavor...

If you’re looking for a unique boba experience, Boba Chill Haus is a hidden gem worth discovering! The vibe inside is cozy and modern, with cute decor and plenty of Instagram-worthy spots. The staff is friendly and patient — they’re happy to make recommendations if you’re not sure what to order.
I decided to try their Horchata Matcha Milk Tea, and WOW — it did not disappoint. It’s the perfect fusion of earthy matcha and sweet, spiced horchata. The cinnamon notes in the horchata complement the bitterness of the matcha beautifully, creating a well-balanced and refreshing drink. It’s creamy without being too heavy, and it’s not overly sweet, which I loved. I got mine with boba, and the pearls were fresh, chewy, and just the right amount of sweetness.
If you’re a fan of matcha but want something a little different — or if you just love creative tea blends — this is definitely one to try.
💡 Pro tip: Ask for 50–75% sweetness if you prefer a more balanced flavor. 🧋 Must-try drink: Horchata Matcha Milk Tea 📍 Chill vibes, clean space, and lots of seating — great for studying or hanging out...
