Hi all!
I love this small restaurant, owners and staff are very friendly and relaxed and that is, imho, literally half the rating I give any place, restaurant or no, and these peeps get a full 5 Stars for service!
Now the food and where to begin?
My personal favorites are the chicken kabob with rice, the lamb gyro sandwich, the mozzarella sticks, and the rice.
The kabob is delicious grilled chicken cooked literally within view of the patrons, and it comes with rice and a small salad.
All of the ingredients are fresh, which makes a big difference when compared to, say, any of the big fast food chains that use frozen ingredients for their salads and sandwiches.
The chicken is especially tender, and the owner, MK, tells me his chicken is never frozen, and neither are his vegetables or rice.
I have seen MK tossing half pots of his rice, which is the best rice I ever had, btw, because he likes to keep his food at the highest possible quality for his customers.
I can say the same for the lamb, which is especially flavorful. I forgot the name of the sauce he uses but it manages to add to the flavor and texture of the meat without overpowering the natural taste.
My personal quiet sin is the mozzarella sticks and the rice. The rice is sooo good! It isnt like regular white rice, it is a mediterranean rice and it is hard to explain but it has a thicker texture and larger grain.
It would be the perfect base for any kind of meaty plate, even steak (this place does have philly steak but not tbone steak unfortunately) as the rice would both absorb the juices of the meat while adding texture and form to the meat when eaten together.
The cheese sticks are some of the best I ever had. I know, I know, they are just cheese sticks, but they are just somehow better than, say, a fast food chainās cheese sticks.
They arent fancy like some high end restaurant, which is fine by me! I dont like those cheese sticks that are the size of a pizza slice anyway.
The food is cooked and prepared very quickly, unless slammed with many large orders you can expect to get your order within 5 minutes or so (depending on what you order), which is pretty swell given the love given during preparation.
Heck, one day I was in a hurry on way home waiting for my ride and only had about 4 minutes and they managed to speed cook a burger for me in like 3 minutes!
Burgers are also good, just not as good as the lamb or kabobs!
Anyway, hope this review helps some hungry people looking for fast friendly service, delicious food, and a calming and relaxing place...

We arrived at approximately 7:15 p.m.. When we entered the business the music was so loud I could not hear the lady behind the counter, so I please ask her to turn it down so I didn't have to yell my order to her. She complied and turned down the radio and we placed our order for two Philly cheese steak combos with jalapenos. She asked if it was for here or to go and I said we would like to eat here. Things started to get busy; there were many DoorDashers, one carryout, and two other dine-ins, including us. My husband went to get the drinks and he noticed that nobody was cooking, the lady from behind the counter that took our order proceeded to go into the back and tell the cook that there was orders to be made. My husband went to get the sodas. I got a Pepsi it was fine, he got a Dr pepper it had no syrup, so he dumped that and got an orange crush and that was fine. We waited for our orders and at approximately 7:35 the lady from behind the counter comes out with our orders in a bag and tells us that we need to leave because they are going to be closing at 8:00. She asked if this would be a problem and I replied "If you're telling me I need to leave, then I guess I have to go". So we left, which was a disappointment because we were in-between errands. We brought the food home (didn't finish errands)and it was just okay, the fries were soggy, the Philly cheesesteak was mediocre, my husband said it was just basically edible. Will I be returning? No. The food was not that great and they asked me to leave the store. I felt like I was not wanted there....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place used to be my favorite place to eat because it's right down the street from my house. But I was at work one day and ordered over the phone they said my order would be ready in 10 min. They never even asked me for my name. I got there in 10 min and they said I never called in an order.which was a lie then they proceeded to tell me that they gave my order to someone else and I had to wait an extra 30 min and had to call my boss and tell her I was running late because I was on my lunch break. Then they never gave me my drink. Then when I get back to work and open it up I ordered a 10 wing combo they only gave me 8 wings and they usually sepearatr the wings from the fries and the fries were thrown all over the food. Which sucks because I'm on of those who doesn't like their food to touch. Which is why I originally like this place because they separate the food. When I called back the manager was very rude. After arguing with him for 10 min over the phone he agreed to give me a 10 piece for free whenever I came back. He almost hung up before I had to ask him are you gonna tale my name. This is very unfortunate because it used to be my favorite place to eat but after being treated they way they did I will never...
