Distill - A Local Bar - Centennial — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This place is my favorite bar in Vegas. All around the coolest spot with my all time favorite server Rose. She is such an infectious doll face. Always on the move, attentive, and she continues to go around and make sure you feel welcomed or asks if you need anything. She should wear a step tracker cuz she surly puts in the miles going around from table to table. And everyone whom works there is superb too. I haven’t met one that isn’t cool. They know how to hire out of this world people.

The bar is super chill. Big cozy seating areas, barstools or booths. You can download their app and see what music is playing on their jukebox and they played very cool jams all night. They have sooooo many TVs playing sports and other miscellaneous good shows. And the food?! Props to the chef! My salmon was cooked to perfection, the sauce I want bottled up; I opted for no breading and extra cauliflower instead of the potatoes. The drinks, spectacular too. I believe Sara made my drink last night and I love a good spicy Bloody Mary. Restrooms are well stocked and super clean. Plenty of parking in the lot or in the garage. Oh and the menu is scanned with a barcode and I feel that’s pretty covid friendly. They also have a dining area for the non smokers.

This is a great local spot to grab some food and have a few drinks. In this particular location there's a separate area for dining. It was real quiet with no white noise from the t.v. as it was muted and at times almost felt uncomfortable when there was only one other couple in there. We got over that quickly as the food was delicious. The waitress was attentive and noticed one of our drinks we ordered didn't look correct. She was right as my wife and I both tried it and she had it remade for us. The bar and seating area was nice and had a good atmosphere. As we sat in comfortable chairs a waitress promptly came by and took our drink order. But after this point it took the waitress 45 minutes to come back so I asked another waitress to get our check. We would of stayed longer and ordered more drinks but at this point we were ready to go an no longer in the mood. What saved the 5 stars was the food and the waitress at the beginning. Give this place a try and I'd think you enjoy it. Obviously sit at the bar for prompt service. We just wanted to enjoy the seating area as it was comfortable. We will come back but we enjoy the Red Rock/Summerlin...

Loved the wide open space here. You will never feel cramped. Some of the best biscuits & gravy I have had in a while. Phenomenal service! Can't wait to go back and try something else on that amazing menu.

Fantastic Breakfast and Outstanding Service at Distill!

It’s been a while since I last visited Distill, and I’m so glad I stopped by for breakfast. The value was incredible — I had the chicken fried steak, and it was absolutely delicious! The portion was generous, complete with eggs, hash browns, and toast. Everything was cooked perfectly and hit the spot.

What really made my experience stand out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The bartender introduced himself and referred to me by name throughout my visit. I can’t remember the last time I had such a friendly and personal interaction with a bartender, especially so early in the morning. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel genuinely welcomed.

I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Distill to anyone looking for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service. Can’t wait for...
