First of all, our order showed up as completed and was never delivered. So we called and explained the situation to the lady. She told us that they had called us which they didn’t. She said that we did not give them a gate code which we did in our notes. After explaning to her that wasn’t true she got emotional and said we were yelling. Not once did we cuss at her or address her disrespectfully. She hung up on us and gave us a refund. We put another order in and then they cancelled it. We called again and probably got hung up on 4 or 5 times. I work in the food industry too and that’s never acceptable especially when YOU are in the wrong. We then talked to a man who refused to give names and was very passive aggressive. We tried to give directions AGAIN and he told us he couldn’t relay that to the driver??? After that conversation, we checked and the order said cancelled again after we had paid AGAIN. So we called once again and it was the same lady and kept us on hold until finally taking 5 seconds to explain to us which she should have done in the very beginning. We asked for her name and she said Tyra. When our driver got here we asked for her name and he said Sierra. So why are we lying lol? You don’t want to get reported because you were blatantly unprofessional. This is a domino’s not a place for emotional outburst. Read more1st complaint and review I've ever made but I've had it. I order occasionally once every 4 months or so. and for the last 2 years. This store has always fd up my order. Yesterday I ordered the usual similar order I make every time. 1. Large Hawaiian. (no sauce) 1 Large meat or pep. (1/2 or 1 jalapenos). After coming home from work at night I realized that they put 0 sauce on the meat and added sauce to the Hawaiian. While I usually just accept the errors from stores because we all make mistakes. My kids are very picky. And our girl won't eat her pizza when I'm not home if it's not the way she likes it (no sauce). So I find out I wasted 40$ + tip and I usually tip high for any dn service. and that my child didn't eat anything from 3pm-10pm.
And I don't need no freebie pizzas to make up for your mistakes. I don't need corporate running up your store and watching your staff. I need you guys to work on not messing up so often. Like you are expected too as workers.
