Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Now seeing all the reviews on this it makes sense absolute joke I live literally five minutes down the street I work in law-enforcement and figured I would just order some thing because I am too exhausted to drive over it took an hour and a half and I am currently writing this review as this pizza is still not here, I had to call and he said the delivery driver forgot something so I had to bring him back to the store so how is it when I’m tracking the vehicle he goes to three other locations when he is five minutes down the street Goes back to the store and has to come back to me my order was literally sitting for over 30 minutes and took over 30 minutes to get here and another 30 minutes to finally get to me I placed this order at 11 o’clock and it is 1215 and still not here only for the driver to tell me another 10 minutes until it is here. i’m understanding to a point but when I live five minutes down the street?? This location needs to get its act together. absolute joke. Never ordering from here again. Such a simple task and can’t be completed. This was exactly why I didn’t tip. And...

I’ve visited this location numerous times, typically placing my order online for a quick and convenient pickup, often with leftovers in mind.

While I don’t dine in, I’ve consistently observed a clean and well-maintained environment during my brief visits. The staff is always hard at work, exuding a sense of professionalism and friendliness that suggests they take genuine pride in their work.

The pizzas are excellent—both in quality and value—making this one of my go-to spots. However, I have to express my frustration with the inconsistency in how the pizzas are cut. While I don’t expect perfection every time, I also don’t believe it’s unreasonable to expect a properly sliced pizza. Far too often, my order arrives barely cut, if at all, with slices unevenly distributed to the point that I need to bring out a pizza cutter before even opening the box. This isn’t an isolated issue but rather a recurring inconvenience.

I was busy and no time to really make dinner Tuesday so I happened to see Dominoes had a large 5.99 two topping pizza for a pick up. I grabbed my phone and hit the dominoes app and ordered two large 2 topping pizzas, one with ham and pinapple of course, the second a simple cheesed out cheese fest. Anyways, I drove down and entered and was greeted by a nice young lady. She gave me my two large pizzas and I dug into my pocket and found two dollars for a tip. I felt kinda lame about that but that's all I thought I had. I walked out the door and opened my hatchback to put my pizzas for travel, and I heard a "sir...", I turned around and she said "you dropped this ten dollar bill"...wow how cool is that. I have owned a business in town for 28 years, and Its hard to find honest people. I feel bad I didn't get her name, but I was there on Tuesday 1/22/2019 at 4:15pm so Im sure the team will know so they can give her the props.
