Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Las Vegas

If I really want Dutch Bros, I have to come here 20 minutes before a shift to make sure that I’m not late. They have to be understaffed because the amount of times. The line is ridiculously long or short and you stay there waiting for your drink for 30 minutes is absurd. The customer service is not the best often times my drink is not correctly made I’ve honestly turned to drinking Starbucks at this point. It never has a line they’re always fast and they’re right in the same parking lot as this Dutch Bros Save your time and money. I’ve gotten my drink made wrong multiple times I’ve had to be late for work multiple times, even though I come at a reasonable time.Management needs to take a little bit more accountability for the shit show. I wish I had something positive to say about this location but every time I’m disappointed, I’ve never been to a Dutch Bros an experienced the worst experience and you would think it would be a one time thing, but the fact is I’ve been coming to this Dutch Bros for about half a year now and they’re still in the same consistent pattern poor time management incorrect drinks Lack of customer service for six months. While Dutch Bros themselves is a wonderful establishment with lots of flavor, each location differs substantially.The Decatur spot went up this summer and so far it's been terrible every time. The service is not the issue, the employees are always kind and doing exactly what their suppose to do. It's the product. None of them know how to make any of the drinks, old or new. At first I thought it was just just issue, when the camp out was released, like they needed to just learn the new drink like any place of business. But they can't make this drink right to save a life. So I opted to just stick to the old drinks, those are safe right ? Nothing new to learn. Wrong, I get a vinalla bean with whip cream or some other half concoction of what I ordered. It's never right, today my drink was so pale I didn't even want to attempt to drink it and tossed it right in the bin. So I've learned to drive the extra 20 mins out of my way to the location I know , knows the drinks this new location is still learning, alot, the basics..so Dutch alone is an amazing business, the locations differ...

This review is for 5/27/2024 between 6:50pm to 7:18pm. It was taking 15-20 minutes for each car in drive through to get their drinks while the walk ups were receiving their drinks on demand. I would encourage you to check your cameras. Several cars left the lane bc the drive through wasn’t being assisted in a timely manner. The customers parking to make an order however, were being prioritized. I got down to inspect and noted only 3 people on staff - 2 young ladies (chatting & having a good time) & 1 young man. When I told him I would like my drink since I needed to head to work he told me not to skip the drive through line bc it messes up their order (despite being in line 25 minutes and judging by the pace I would be waiting 40 minutes for my drink).
