Saw this place and heard good things, not about this location, but overall. So finally went to the Decatur location last night for dinner and asked for a simple 8 piece meal. I was informed all they had was wings and thighs. The 8 piece is $32 and I'm not paying that for just legs and thighs. I asked how long before more chicken is ready and they told me about 1hr. I said that's fine and pulled through without completing my order. Went to a store up the street to kill time before coming back and attempting my order again. I asked to make sure and this time they told me they had everything. So I ordered, paid, got my food, asked one more time, and went home. I get home to open my family meal only to find LEGS AND THIGHS!

They deliberately gave me the wrong order. I look on the receipt and on Google for a local number and there isn't any. I had to call an 800 number, tell them I needed to file a complaint and get a local number.

Finally get ahold of this local location, ask for the manager, and explain the situation. The manager is seemingly apologetic, saying it was him who did it and that if I came in he would correct the order. He then puts a timer on the offer because "he was going to be leaving soon." This was about half hour before 8 PM. I said "no problem, I'll be right there."

So I go and this time I go inside. I'm greeted by a young lady and I let her know I'm there to see the manager and that he's expecting me.

She tells me "oh he's not here."

I said "what do you mean he's not here?? I JUST spoke to him!"

She could see me getting upset and back peddled her lie and said "oh! I mean he's in back! Let me go find him."

Sooooo, the manager was hiding from his mistake??? And had the employees lie so that he didn't have to handle customers?

Great representation so far.

We can't pack orders and we avoid accountability.

The manager finally comes out, apologizes again, and gives me a 12 piece to replace the 8 piece.

Did the situation get fix? Sure, but at the cost of the customer's time and experience. I all I wanted was an easy lazy family meal to take home for me, my husband and kid because I'm not cooking until Christmas and instead had this unnecessary experience that honestly makes me hate this place now.

If you had a great experience, awesome, but let this be a warning to anyone who wants to try this location.

You might get good service, and if you don't prepare for them to push you around like it's your fault for being a patron.

Sides are bland, chicken was decent, but my mood was so sour that I didn't even enjoy that. Not worth being treated rudely again for, so we will not be returning nor recommending this place at all - don't care...

We stopped in for dinner on a weekday evening, dining inside. It was crowded when we first walked in, but we got our order in almost immediately. And, it didn't take long for us to get our food. They have fast table service. It's a great new place for delicious fried chicken and a wide variety of sides including Yucca fries, macaroni & cheese, beans, rice, coleslaw, sweet plantains and drinks including a soda machine indoors with Pepsi products, Horchata with cinnamon, Jamaica hibiscus and mango with peach and nectarine. All of the food was very delicious. Their chicken reminded me of Pioneer chicken, but this has better seasoning. The beans were especially delicious, being different from other restaurant's beans. The nuggets were good, the chicken sandwich was very good, but I think the bone-in chicken was the best of all their chicken varieties. We were amazed at the great service we got during and after the sale, including constantly being checked on by servers and managers. I must mention the actual real plates and silverware, not plastic. We will definitely be going to this place again. If they keep up this quality and service, we could easily...

This is my second time visiting here, the first time I ordered friend chicken and it was really really good, another reason I came back is because the customer service was honestly amazing, I was greeted at the door by everyone and the whole time ordering I was helped so greatly, Carlos and genesis helped me make up my mind and their manager Ana was super nice and friendly, this time I came back because i wanted to try the grilled chicken, and it was a really good decision, it has its own unique taste 10/10 both friend and grilled are perfect and you can even choose both options while ordering, I definitely see myself coming back before or after work or even my days off with my friends or family, the ac is really nice and the atmosphere is amazing and the music is always perfect they even have a tv to watch while eating, I revived my food really quick and that’s what I also like about this place and I can’t forget about the dipping sauces the Campero sauce was really good I would definitely recommend 10/10 bring ur...
