I am disappointed with my experience at this store because of one staff member, Natalie. After checking out, I asked her for the restroom code and she seemed immediately bothered, almost as if my request was an inconvenience. When I returned, I mentioned that the restroom needed attention (no paper and not clean), and instead of showing care for the customer experience, she reacted with more visible annoyance and aggravation.
What makes this even worse is that I witnessed her giving the same negative, dismissive treatment to one of her fellow cashiers. That is unacceptable behavior for someone representing the store and sets the wrong tone for both employees and customers.
This Superior Grocers just opened, and the store itself is in beautiful condition — the aisles are fully stocked, clean, and the produce section is fresh and inviting. But Natalie’s attitude completely overshadowed all of that. A store can look perfect, but if the staff in charge reflects negativity, customers will walk away with a bad impression.
Natalie should be spoken to and offered proper customer service training. This isn’t just about my experience, but about setting a standard for everyone who shops here. I won’t be returning until I know that issues like this are being taken seriously, because this store deserves leaders who spread positivity,...
Read moreWe were excited to check out this store today. We were handed a cart when we walked in and greeted which was nice. We made our way to the deli counter where the ready made food was. We purchased the fried chicken. The 2 workers (male and female) proceeded to speak in Spanish while getting our order and the male told the female to “give them food from the trash” Little did they know my husband understood what he said and did not respond to his comment. Regardless of us speaking English, we do not deserve to be treated this way. We could’ve just walked away and not pay for the food, but we did not. This experience was disappointing and we will not be coming back here again. I agree with the previous comments that Marianna’s and La Bonita have better prices. I would even go out of my way to drive to El Super then come back here. The employees should be trained better even if they hate their job. Nobody deserves to be...
Read moreI am familiar with Superior grocers brand from California and I was really excited to see it expand here to Southern Nevada. The store is very clean and has a lot of options. The only issue we had is the scales at the hot food section are off. We ordered a pound of Carnitas and we’re giving way less and when we weighed it at the self check out, it showed that it was less than a pound. However, when we took it back to the hot deck, their scale said it was over a pound so maybe someone needs to calibrate their scales Other than that not a bad grocer to compete with the rest here in...
