El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Editing my review because ordering ahead is essentially useless. You go stand at the counter and they ignore you while they prep and serve orders that were placed well after you walked in and approached the counter. You try saying something when they come to the counter to serve another order but they just look passed you like you're not there. It's happened almost every time I've ever tried to order ahead here and I've seen it happen to others as well.

This location always gets my order right which is awesome. I'd stopped going for a while because the two locations I lived near years ago would ALWAYS inevitably leave items out or give me the totally wrong order. The employees at this location are also very nice and so efficient.

I've headed over before when it's been a complete madhouse and the employees always seem to handle things fabulously. I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to order or get my food. Everything always comes out delicious, too. This location turned me back into an El...

I usually don't eat here unless it's with the family and that's take out. I ate lunch there today with a few coworkers and was happy with my experience. It was a bit busy and I overheard a couple of customers in front of me bi*ing about the wait for their order. I wasn't eavesdropping or being nosey either. They were "loud-talkers". The type that get louder and emphasize key words. Then when they get acknowledgement or attention from a bystander, they get even worse. Anyways, their food came out after the "ridiculous" 10 min wait and wanted to speak with a manager about the "atrocities" they just went through. Free food scammers all the way. The employees handled it well. They kept their cool. They were very polite to them and the other customers. Maintained professional attitudes and had my food out in about 8 mins. Food was good and was ready in a timely manner, even though it was during the busy lunch time rush. Staff was friendly and...

I’ve been here several times because it’s the closest location and I usually never take the time to write a bad review but I believe this location deserves one. Each and every single time I’ve had a bad experience . Whether it’s the lack of good customer service from the staff, or getting my order wrong. There was also an occasion where I was supposed to receive my refund and never did. Terrible location and terrible customer service. The pollo loco located on Fort Apache is far better quality food and people. This will be the last time I come to this location.

UPDATE: had to drive all the way back to the location in order to get my refund, an extreme inconvenience. However, the manager Jesus had excellent customer service and made sure I was refunded and was very apologetic. No complaints with him at all, maybe just better training...
